    They have no technicians and try to sell you things you don't need. Fraudulently used my credit card for service I do not have. I had to close and change all my credit cards and hire a new company! No return calls,no answer at office. Do not know if they are in business. If this is an example of Angieslist I see no reason to expect a decent contract. Sorry Angie-this contractor did anything but allow me to "sleep safe". Thumbs down!

    great! I was slightly intimidated but they put all my fears to rest.
    They explained why they utilize a self-install system and were very thorough about answering all my questions ... no matter how many times they answered almost the same question on additional emails. This is my first alarm system and I have only set it off once in error.
    I ended up putting the yard sign together with pipe cleaners (screws were lost) I am happy with Frontpoint.

    We called on Saturday to add an additional motion detector in the garage to the security system in the house.  A 9/12 date at 9 AM for the installation was made.  The installer showed up on time, installed the motion detector, tested it and added it to the existing Monitronics Security system.  The cost was considerably lower than we had been told when we called to order a new detector.

Took them about a half a day to get the system installed. He told me I can call him on his cell phone any time at all. I called him on a Sunday, and he straightened out the issue right away.

    The process of purchasing the equipment was very easy and it arrived within a few days of purchase.  Installation was extremely easy and the customer service representative was very professional and helpful.  So far the equipment has functioned flawlessly.  I appreciate being able to monitor as well as arm and disarm the system via internet.  I receive the requested emails regarding sensors being triggered every time as promised.  Fortunately there has been no incident requiring a response from the monitoring service thus far.  I am confident given the professionalism I've experienced from the company that their response will be satisfactory if ever needed.

    You could customize the equipment that you wanted so you didn't have to take what they are offering in the package you can customize it for your needs. I added camera than a motion detector and I switched out some thing that you could place on the window. I ended having to send the equipment back as I had not received the alarm permit from the city of Fort Lauderdale that I needed and 30 day pack that they give you to activate it was going to expire so in order to convince me to keep the equipment they pulled out some crime data in terms of number of sexual offenders who were registered in my area, which I did not appreciate at all. I would not use them again.

    I did a lot of shopping around and comparison before I settled with FrontPoint. From my investigation they blew the competition away. I couldn't’t find anybody else with the online capabilities and smartphone access that FrontPoint offers. I always feel connected and always feel sure that nothing is amiss at my home while I’m away!” .The  Interactive Monitoring feature for my iPhone is top of the line. Competitors have similar features on other system costs a lot more! Love my system and I highly recommend Front Point to anyone! Feeling secure in your home is important and this company wont let you down.

    Oseer the computer guy made the fliers incorrectly and refused to fix them, never improved on the cameras, and still will not return the money. What he said would take 1 week has been an ongoing struggle of 4 months.

    I am very happy with him. I will definitely use him again if I need him for something else. Section 8 is when you list a property under the local housing authority and they give vouchers to people who are in the low income group. The government provides a portion of their rent and they sometimes provide the full rent. They usually provide about 75 percent of their rent. They do an inspection on your property about every 9 months and there are certain standards that have to be set. Aaron Dunsford does a lot of things but I know that he prefers not to do yard work. He has told me that he has people that he works with if the job is really big. So he can pretty much handle most of the jobs. The price varies from job to job. I had him do a wide variety of things. There will be at least 6 to 7 things wrong that I need to take care of whenever there is an inspection. They are usually not major things but they usually involve some plumbing clog issues, replacing screens on the windows, door, window sills and smoke alarms. He charged me about $400 during his last visit to do everything including parts. So that for me was pretty reasonable. I haven't needed anything recently, but I am going to call him the next time I need something. I would definitely use his services in the future too.
