  After several remodeling projects were finished our carpet was in dire need of being cleaned. We had two large area rugs, 16 steps going upstairs a hallway and three bedrooms all with white carpet. Although I wasn't planning on cleaning the carpet that day, a technician was available that same (Saturday) afternoon and arrived ahead of time, did a fantastic job, and accomplished the task as promised. We will certainly keep this business as a point of contact for any future needs. I would strongly recommend this business for any carpet cleaning. As a side note, the company uses high-pressure steam and not detergents, which will probably leave the carpets cleaner for a longer period of time, compared to the use of detergents for cleaning as they simply attract dirt afterwards if a pH balancing has not been requested.

  This is the guy to call! Bob was great and called to confirm plus called to let me know he'd be here by 9 and was even early. My family room especially was pretty bad due to having 2 small dogs and 3 cats and that's where they like to hang out. The carpets came out beautiful and I'm very happy with the service and the price. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

  It went well till tried to put my table leaf on my table for christmas. water damage on one end. called Duraclean and sent pictures for compensation, no call back. I called them back about a month later and nno response

  It went great! Danny and his young associate Justin were on time and thoroughly professional. Danny expressed reservations about some portions of my awful looking grout--I said just do the best you can--and he did, man--all the black dirt came out of it and it looks like a new floor! I couldn't be more thrilled. He also cleaned what is now "the dog's carpet" in the office, and this looks great too. I will not wait so long next time for this to be done!

  The owner accompanied his worker and was very accomodating as to fitting me in  on a short notice. The carpet was quite stained  in areas and he attempted to get it clean to the best of  his ability. He was courteous and timely. I would definitely use this service again.

  Tommy and Tommy Jr. did a masterful job cleaning our carpets. They made them look like new. I would use them again and would recommend to everyone. Tommy explained the job and the reality that our carpet was not in the best shape (15) years old, never been cleaned, wear spots, etc: So I didn't have much expectataion for the results with that said I was very satisfied with the results.   Company showed up right on time agreed, reviewed stain situation & noted that because I did not know the substance they were stained with they couldn't guarantee stain removal.After cleaning all stains were removed, carpets were really clean. The carpets were returned almost to original white seen before only in small patches covered by previous owner's furniture. The carpets were so clean, I decided I did not have to replace them, as I had thought was necessary.

  Most important to me..he answer's the phone, comes when he says he will and does more than expected.  My floors haven't been cleaned since they were installed. Gerald and Michael called and arrived right on time. They prepped the floor, then brought in the machine...waited for it to dry and seal the whole place.  While waiting for the floor to dry he cleaned a area rug I have at no additional cost.  I will be passing their business cards around to everyone I know.   I called and spoke to Jeff.  Within 2 hrs Tom was at my door to give me an estimate.  He was friendly, professional and honest.  He advised what could and couldn't be done.  He quoted me a fair price and we contracted on the spot.  Our appointment for the cleaning was set for Friday 8/8.  Tom called me that morning and told me he was on his way and arrived on time.  Tom and Tommy cleaned my rugs and stairs and I have to say - one in particular was really bad and they made it look new again.  I just can't say enough about how great a job they did.  They were in and out and worked efficiently as a team to get the job done and to say I was pleased is an understatement.  I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would definitely use them again.  Thank you Tom and Tommy.
