    It didn't. I contacted him through Facebook and after asking a few questions, he disappeared. I guess he only services certain people and nicer neighborhoods. At least that's the vibe I got. Will never try to contact him again.

    What a waste of time and, most of all, money. I spent $95, for the repair guy just to tell me that he would have to order a $300 part and charge me another $95 to come back and install it. For a grand total of $500 plus tax, he would fix my frig. I can buy a new one just like it for $800, so it was not worth it, yet he still charged me $95 to tell me all this and went on is happy little extortionist way. Needless to say, I found a guy who did fix it for a total of $107.50 ( incl. parts & labor...J&B Appliance Service 544-9696 ask for Ryan)...wish I had found him a little early and saved myself the grief of Sears and 95 bucks.

    Our original dishwasher (purchased from this vendor ten years ago) died. The tech from Mays-Munroe said the circuit board was fried and could be replaced, however, because of its age it might not work or it might be difficult to find (it should be noted that over 20 years ago, in a different city, we had a similar problem and had the board replaced, three times, before we finally got a new dishwasher.) So we went to Mays-Munroe to get a new dishwasher. The staff there was friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The dishwasher was ordered, at a competitive price, and delivered and installed within a couple of days We would highly recommend Mays-Munroe for all your appliance needs.

    This company had only 3 Google reviews but they were all 5 star, plus they do house calls. I called to schedule & got a call back. I told the guy what was wrong & he said "it sounds like the xyz (name of the part) I can save you money by going ahead & ordering it." I insisted he come check just in case. He was supposed to come at 1:00 on 2/27/18; he was 1/2 hour late. Turns out he wanted the $50 house call fee first, which was never mentioned, & he'd sent the invoice through PayPal but thought it would come by text. When he came, he checked out the TV and said the part he thought was the problem was actually fine, it was something else. So he leaves & sends another invoice for the part, $70. I paid. He had it mailed to my house. I clicked the tracking link, it went to eBay where it was only $36 (I gave the benefit of the doubt, maybe he included labor). It arrived on Saturday, I texted (the only way he communicates) to ask when he'd come install it, he said Tuesday 4/3/18 at 11. I texted at 10:30 to confirm so I'd meet him in time. He pushed it back to 12 because of "transport issues". He arrived at 12:15, took the back off the TV, and had to stop because he'd forgot his entire bag of tools. He said he'd text to let me know if he could come back later. He never texted. The next morning I texted him, he said he'd come around the same time. He shows up around noonish, has his kid with him! He puts in the new part, has to watch a YouTube video to figure out why it's not working. Then he promptly announces that the first part he said was fine last week is actually defective and he has to order a new one for $185. He chose a website that has dubious reviews all over the web. I don't know if I want it any more.

    I went to his website and sent him an email explaining my problem & expecting a call back to schedule a service call. Instead, he emailed me a link to a YouTube video showing me how to fix the problem myself. He followed that up with a text message letting me know about the email/link. There was no charge when he could have just as easily come out and made money off my problem. Will definitely call him for any future problems I have.

    I was completely satisfied with the repair. Mark was professional, punctual and the price was right. He came to our house to look at the dryer and diagnosed the problem right away. The part for the dryer had to be ordered and as soon as it came in he was back at our house to install it. His service call price was reasonable and was put back into the repair cost. I would definitely call him again. Highly recommend this company.

    I prepaid through my home warranty company for a service call in early November... I received a text that I would hear from them within 24 hours... never did; since then I have called weekly and have NEVER received a return call, not once. Further, I have tried to reach a person at AHS to ask for a different provider and have not heard from them either. I NEVER write bad reviews but I am exhausted with trying to reach someone on this issue.

    Great. He knew immediately what was wrong and had replacement parts in his truck. I also asked if there was anything he could do about leveling it as never level after initially installed. Said he got it as level as possible. Probably about 85 to 90 percent but in out over 90 year old house nothing is really level. He is very friendly, has decides of experience. Liked to talk but respected time constraints I had.

    I have added Mr. Howell to my VIP Speed DIal!! I can not sum up how glad I am to have found one of the most honest and professional repair men in the business. I have had Mr. Howell repair several appliances for me over the past couple of years. Not living in Tallahassee and owning a property where my kids live while attending college can be a challenge. I can not always be there to diagnose and fix all the little and big things that can and do break down. Not saying I can even begin to fix a an appliance. Over the years Mr. Howell has even helped by giving advice over the phone. If you want honest, professional and a guy who knows what he is doing...     I am totally satisfied with this service. Although I turned out to be something of a pest requiring several visits to my home, Mark did not seem the least put out. He honored his warranty of the part, and I only paid the initial fee. I would certainly call him again when in need of an appliance repair.
