  • When they would show up they would get some work done. The problem is they would set up times to come but then NEVER show up and not even call to tell me they couldn't make it. My camera and DVR quit working in December 2016 . I have called numerous times and twice they said they would come up and even set up a time and day to fix it but NEVER showed up. Now they won't take my calls or text. I am really disappointed in the lack of service. I never stiffed them on payment but they have stiffed me on service.

  • Mr. Bland and Mr. Cornwell were extremely professional and took time to educate me on the systems I was purchasing.  They  were both extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the installation of the job I hired them to do.  I highly recommend this company for security camera installation.  Now I have peace of mind being able view my home from my phone wherever I am at and it gives me a great deal of safety when I am at home or work.  Having a house full of kids, you can never be too cautious!
    Also, my family loves the home theater that they installed this has made family movie night better than ever!  The sound and visuals are great. I will never buy a movie ticket again!

  • DONE GREAT WORK. NO PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM...NOT EVEN ONE.  SYSTEM WORKS TO THE MAX. I AM A RETIRED FEDERAL LAW ENFORMCENT OFFICER AND I TRUST THEM TO BE IN MY HOUSE.
    THEY WERE POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.  WHEN I WANTED TO ADD MORE SECUITY LEVELS THEY CAME BACK AND GOT IT DONE QUICK. 
    I HAVE 16 CAMERAS AROUND THE HOUSE.  I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT EXACTLY HOW THEY SHOULD BE POSITIONED SO I ASKED BRANDON AND RICKEY TO INSTALL THE CAMERAS  AND PUT THEM LIKE THEY THOUGHT THEY SHOULD BE.  IT WAS DONE PERFECTLY.  THIS IS THE 2ND SYSTEM THEY HAVE PUT IN FOR ME.  I MOVED FROM MY OLD HOUSE AND INTO A NEW ONE.  I GOT RID OF SAFE TOUCH AND THEIR MONTHLY FEE AND WENT WITH WHAT THESE FOLKS RECOMMENDED.  NO REGRETS.  I SURE DON'T MISS THAT EXTRA BILL EVERY MONTH.

  • This was the fourth time ADT has tried to fix a recurring fault at the front door sensor. Each time, the repair lasts 2 to 3 weeks then re-occurs. Today, I am having the door sensor replaced with a motion sensor. For all this trouble, I asked for an adjustment to my bill. ADT sent me a $50 Gift Certificate. In order to receive my gift card, I have to send Mpell Solutions $4.95 for S&H. They only accept money orders or cashiers checks. This costs another $2.00 for the money order. Like Mission: Impossible, ADT disavows any knowledge of Mpell's practices or policies.

    When I first bought this system from ADT, I received a $100 gift certificate, and I had to go through the same process. My total experience with ADT has been with a company that sells over-priced equipment that sometimes works while insuring they collect expensive monthly monitoring fees. The really frustrating part is that ADT subcontracts installation, support, and monitoring to other companies.

  • I responded to an ad for a $99 ADT alarm installation and ended up buying a $1900 system. My monthly monitoring fee doubled to $56 a month. It does include smoke and fire monitoring which the previous system didn't. System was installed on time. But I now have a re-occurring fault with the front door sensor. This coming Thursday will be the 5th time Protect Your Home will be attempting to fix the same problem. I called ADT to get a billing adjustment, and they told me I have to call back after the service call to request an adjustment. Strange, but even I (at 70-years old) can get to the alarm history and see the number of faults that have occurred over the past 8-10 weeks.

    After foolishly signing a 2-year contract, I found all of the alarm equipment could be purchased at Radio Shack for 1/3 to 1/2 the price ADT charges. It appears the alarm companies are primarily interested in selling alarm systems and monitoring contracts; all of the actual monitoring is done by computer.

    The service calls are easy to make and the response time is pretty good, but I'm tired of getting service for the same problem with no relief from ADT.

    My advice is to shop around for alarm systems, especially for the monitoring contracts. Beware of the fine print that automatically renews your contract unless you proactively cancel during the last month.

  • The service went great. Two technicians came out and completed the job for the locks in about a half day. They came out a few other times for walk thrus. They are very responsive and happy to address any issues or ongoing maintenance. Their technicians are very polite and happy to answer any questions. They are very reliable.

  • We were very pleased with Front Point's customer service and the ease of installation. Love being able to have multiple codes for multiple people. Love being able to track on the smartphone app which sensors are being triggered and who is coming and going from the house. The unit is a bit loud when arming and disarming and wakes up my spouse if I disarm the motion sensors outside our bedroom in the morning. Once we both get smartphones we'll put the unit farther from our room and disarm it remotely--that's the only work around I can see. Otherwise we're very pleased with the product and the company. We will definitely continue to use them in this house and any others we own in the future.

  • Serviceman was on time and prompt. Replacement took several hours (it is a large system). Very satisfied with system, monitoring and service. Safetouch is a bit more expensive, but is really good. All their people are very professional.

  • We are very satisfied with SimpliSafe.  There were some growing pains with the installation, but their customer was very responsive and knowledgable and now we are all set.  Installation was easy and the system is easy to use.  It did take some figuring so that the cats didn't set off the motion sensors but it's done now.  That business about under 50 lbs won't set off the sensor just isn't true.
