    I ordered a spring flower arrangment from Blossoms as an appreciation gift.  It turned out beautiful and they were able to get it done with short notice.  It was a smaller arrangement so I felt it was on the pricey side but with them you know you're getting quality so it was worth the price.  Will definitely use them in the future.

    They have always come through on time, professionally and have done things other florists were not
    able to - a Star Wars themed corsage (yes, and believe it or not, it was
    great). - an FSU casket spray (Recently an out-of-state friend called
    us and wanted a special arrangement for a funeral, themed with local
    university colors - and unbelievable to to me, they said they had already
    called 5 local florists who could not do it - that's just ridiculous - Hilly
    Fields took care of them; and when a a tragic loss occurs, the last thing you
    need is a slacker florist who says no to garnet and gold theme) - and
    most recently a family loss during the Valentine Day madness, they took care
    of a local, same day delivery for us.

    I decided to give this florist a try to send my mom flowers for her
    birthday.  I found a bouquet online that was beautiful and upgraded the
    bouquet for more flowers.  My mom got the flowers and said they were
    beautiful.  I had her take a pic of them and send it to me so I could
    see for myself.  I was shocked and disappointed at what I saw.  The
    bouquet was nothing like the pic online and definitely did not look like
    it had been upgraded.  It looked so empty and there were a lot of empty
    spaces.  I emailed to complain about it and I was given the run
    around.  I finally emailed them a pic of the bouquet.  The person that
    was replying back to me was rude and tried to tell me that I got the
    bouquet that was ordered.  She had the nerve to argue with me over it.  They gave me a $12.49 credit because of the lack of flowers.  I complained about that and finally got a response from someone higher up in the company.  They ended up giving me a full refund and continued to let me keep the $12.49 credit.  Today I decided to use that credit to order flowers for my grandmother.  I found a bouquet on sale for $19.99.  When I called, they told me I can't use my credit because the bouquet was already on sale!!  They said I could get the bouquet at $29.99 and then use my credit!!  I told them to keep the credit and that I no longer want emails reminding me of the credit because I will no longer need it.  Never use this florist!!

    The owner of Quincy Nursery who I'd known for almost a year told me he'd help me build a green house.  We agreed on a price of $1,500.  He wouldn't let me use the builder I wanted to use but talked me into using this Bob Marley looking guy that looked dirty and unkept with rotten teeth and long dread lock hair.  He never told me that I was paying this guy $25.00 an hour till I thought to ask.  The only thing I got built was the barest frame of a green house.  At this point he tells me how he is planning on putting glass where all the walls are going to be...I ask him how safe do you think that will be with dogs, weed wackers and lawn mowns being used is this area?  I could see he realized the mistake he'd made.  He went thought the $1,500 fast.  He kept telling me how great it was going to look and I gave him another $1,500 and told him that was all I had.  He didn't do one lick of work after I gave him that last $1,500. He blames me for the cost of the green house.  He said he has to "demolish" the work he had done and rebuild it.  He moved one post...that is what he is calling "demolishion" .  I have had two professional builders come and take a look.  They say he spent maybe a thousand on building materials and pocketed the rest.   I asked him for receipts which I never got.  Be careful if you do business with him, never give him money up front.

    I picked out my selection on-line. I selected the "Deluxe" option. I also paid an extra fee of $5.99 so that they would send the flowers within 4 hours. My friend did not receive the flowers yesterday. I called Blooms Today to tell them my friend didn't receive the flowers, so they said they would reimburse me. I finally found the flower shop that they sent the order to. I was charged a bunch of different extra fees. The $49 price included a "delivery fee" of $14, so I was actually only buying $35 worth of flowers. Then the local florists takes out a delivery fee also. The local shop did not see any remarks on the order saying it was a "deluxe" order. This company is a rip-off. Please call your local florist who will contact a local florist on your behalf, even for out of state deliveries! Any florist stops taking orders after 2:00. Between 5:00 and 6:00 is the normal delivery time for florists, you shouldn't have to pay extra.
