    The service was awesome, the divers were very polite, responsible, patient and always on time, the trip to Clear Water was the best, beautiful white sand Mexico gulf beaches, definitely a must. I will surely hire this service again when we come back to Orlando. Thanks again!

    We used them for five days which included about 20 rides. They were so wonderful. I had last minute changes and we had twelve visitors from another country and they bent over backwards to be accommodating. They were professional and were never short. They ended up having to make a last minute trip to the hospital that was not in the plan. I was very impressed with them. This was an important event for us and the drivers were professional as well.

    Fantastic Service! I set up travel arrangements with this car service for new people to come train at our company and they were very pleased with the service.     I called to get estimates to the airpot. A1A had the best price, even with a 20% gratuity included in the total. Having the gratuity included was a convenience. The driver arrived at time requested. Driver loaded our luggage in the car. Driver was very friendly.

    The trip was awesome! We went on the Liberty of the seas on Royal Caribbean's ship to Jamaica and Cozumel! Right when we entered out state room when we boarded her agency sent on board credit for the casino and a bottle of champagne which was pretty cool! The over all trip was so much fun and I couldn't have done it without my travel agent!

    It went fairly well.  The driver of November 22nd was reliable, friendly (but not overly friendly, which is what Iike) and prompt.  The driver of November 30th was OK.  One good think about the company is that they don't charge a service fee for off hour (very late at night or very early morning) pick up or drop off.  Vehicles were clean.

    NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINES

    When I called on 5/6/2014, they assured me it could be overnighted if I didn't get it by the 9th. Well, it never came. On the 9th, I called back and after 2 hours being kicked around to reps, supervisors and floor managers, the only solution was to wait. They also told me the person I spoke to gave me bad info and they NEVER overnight anything.  Well, my friend is going on the cruise and I need to be able to give it to her. I suggested 3 possible solutions:

    1.   - Refund me the money and cancel the card
    2.   - Overnight me a new card (in my hands before my friend leaves on 5/14)
    3.  - Cancel the card and give my friend a $250 cruise credit.

    They could not do any of these things. They gave me a number for getting a refund but that was just another run-a-round.
    They also said that it's a minimum of 15 business days and not from the order date but the date they mail it out.  They didn't mail it out until 4 days after the order.  They also said "It's not their fault I was too cheap to may an extra $10 to rush it"  I didn't need to rush it - I ordered it with enough time based on the website timing.  I knew I was dealing with a scam when the manager flat out told me "I'm not authorized to verbally interact with any department that might be able to help resolve this."  No lie.  Direct quote.  Sheesh!
    They did not track the mailing of the card, they do not track the card number with the order (only the last 4 numbers) and Norwegian basically said it's not their fault because they use a third party vendor (Perigo) so it's not their problem.
    All I can say it thank God for American Express's very good dispute problem, otherwise I'd just be out $250. I would never use Norwegian - I don't care how great a cruise they can provide. To have such an antiquated system in today's day of computers is ridiculous. F, F, F, F, F!!!

    I hired Morrison to install a new 14X14 dock with built in benches on a small lake in my backyard. They also removed an old chain link fence and reinstalled a new one four feet back from where the previous one was located. They were very professional and the price they quoted was half the price of a previous quote I had received. Mr. Morrison himself came out to do the quote. He gave me suggestions and showed me exactly where everything would be located, he was very thorough.The dock went in extremely fast, it took less than 2 days. The fence took a little longer to go in but everything was completed in less than a week. The dock is beautiful, it exceeded my expectations by far. The built in benches are wonderful, very comfortable and a nice bonus to the dock. I had a few issues with the fence and the placement of the gate and they came out a couple different times to fix it until I was completely satisfied. Due to the placement of the gate it was only able to open one direction and the chain link itself was installed upside down with the points sticking up on the top. When I first saw this I was worried it would be an issue to have it fixed but they never made me feel like I was hassling them when I called them a couple times to fix the issues. They came out right away to address the issues and kept coming out until I was completely happy. They were very understanding and apologetic and Mr. Morrison came out personally to oversee the redoing of the gate. I would definitely recommend them!
