Having to move from our house to an apartment temporarily was not fun and very stressful, but Abe and his staff, made this stressful experience very comfortable and stress free. DI was torn about writing this review. Here are the pros: -quick response from the owner -flexible with pricing -kept me updated on arrival time -truck was a perfect size for all my needs (I believe it was around 16 ft?) -2 workers came Cons: While keeping an eye on the movers everything was going great. I was thrilled at how professional and careful they were with my furniture (at first). It took a sour turn once we unloaded at my new home. The new home is 2 stories high. Yes the staircase is a bit tight. I stayed downstairs while they were moving and I could hear a ton of noise. Once I went upstairs I realized they dinged up my freshly painted / repaired walls in many areas. The metal is showing in some areas, and other areas the paint literally peeled off. Well, it gets worse. I wanted a loveseat put in my master bedroom, and I go there to see one of the workers literally sliding my sofa along the ground with the fabric facing the ground (which means my sofa is now dirty as can be from sliding around like that). I don't understand why he did that, and why he couldn't simply carry the sofa up with the other worker. If you keep an eye on the movers, I think you will be ok going with this company. But the minute your eyes go off the workers I feel like they are rough with the furniture and inconsiderate. Also, it would be nice if the workers brought their own large refillable jugs of water. They were super thirsty at my new house and wanted me to provide water, yet the new house didn't even have water connected yet. So it was a little frustrating that they weren't prepared with a large jug. I felt awkward at that point.

AGerman and Reggie were so professional and so helpful that I would not hesitate to hire them again. They wrapped some cabinets I need transported and anything I needed transported, that needed wrapping. They were so careful, pleasant and willing to assist. They wrapped all the necessary items, and even helped me unload a uhaul van I had rented and packed. I was handling the move on my own, and they were a Godsend. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you Angie's list!!
