It's a small family company. A father, son and not sure who else. Very easy to talk to. He talks to you very professional and very reasonableprice wise. I would use them again and we have them on a contract.

Honestly, I'm about ready to cancel them, so no, I would not recommend them at this time. I'm searching options, alternative. They need to provide the service that I'm paying for by fertilizing all of my trees and shrubs, not just randomly fertilizing some, to be specific. I have actually called them on it, and I have still not heard from them. The price is hard to tell because I've only had them, and they're about to lose me. Their quality is great when they do it. Everyone that has come has been wonderful, "A" actually, for the service techs. Like I said, I'm in the process of changing. I want to find someone else, so, am I going to use them again? No, I'm going to change. Yeah, I'm going to have to say no. Can you tell I'm conflicted? It's rather conflicting, but it's a mess.

It's our neighbor's service. I know I'm very happy.  They came in with a crew and did everything they committed to and did quality work. They did a real good cleanup and we were very happy.  Sometimes you're with somebody for just so long -- and that's what happened with our last service -- and it just didn't work. We're very happy with Donna Sampson.

They were good. Estimator was knowledgeable about the issues we were having and recommended a treatment for part of our grass. The other part couldn't be saved so we had some sod put down. We kept them to maintain the lawn and so far so good.

It went great. The proposals are detailed. The design phase took some time but they really make sure its your vision, which I loved the most because they take the time to really understand your goals and wants. We used a combination of mulch and rocks, flowing plants, ground covers, and sod. They communicate with you about start times and make sure everything is understood and there are not questions the day of. Only the installation. I had a ton of questions and they beat me to the punch on most of them and also scheduled a walk through of the plans and proposal after we committed so we were all on the same page. The workers are nice and and uniformed, which made me comfortable.

They Not only treated the termites, I also received a complimentary Free organic pest control service for the inside of the house with a year warranty. Both treatments worked great, took way shorter than I had anticipated, and we were able to stay in the house throughout and after the services.

    All Terrain Landscaping
Everything was off to a good start: The team had great ideas for how to improve our landscaping and showed up when they said they would. That's where the professionalism ended, though. We quickly discovered all those great "ideas" turned out to be just that: lofty concepts with nothing to back them up. While we were pitched on a well-layered design, with shorter plantings in front and more substantial plantings in the back, with lots of bright blooms for pops of color, what we got was a weird reverse-mullet design--with the tallest bushes in front blocking all the smaller plantings. Plus, they brought in what were seemingly the cheapest bushes and shabbiest-looking shrubs at the nursery. Seriously. They looked like they came straight off the clearance lot. And there was, in the end, absolutely no flowering plants for the color we were promised.
When we complained, they did come back once to trade out maybe three of the saddest-looking bushes for options that weren't wildly better--this was, coincidentally, just in time for the first round of plantings they did to begin dying a slow death. Currently, approximately 50% of the plants that the team at All Terrain planted are on their last legs: leafless and dry and twiggy, including an expensive Italian Cypress that has uprooted itself at least three times, as it was not planted deeply enough.
When the owner finally came out to look at the dying plants, his response was to get offended, puff out his chest and complain that he "didn't have time for this s***," and that we should have fertilized, which might have been a good retort if we hadn't paid HIS company to fertilize for us. Was that ever done? We'll never know. Our last communication was about two months ago, when he promised to come and replace the sad, misshapen state of our front landscaping with some living, breathing plants...long story short, we're still waiting. The company constantly ducks our calls and hasn't made any efforts to resolve this issue other than pointing fingers. Save your hard-earned money for one of All Terrain's competitors. They have no pride in their work, and they don't stand behind it. A frightening combination.

    TruGreen Lawn Care - 932
Extremely disappointing. I have been a loyal customer for years - I've even recommended them to neighbors. After getting my $728 bill, I discovered that I could buy the exact same service from them for $579 - - that $150 less if I purchased it online. But that was for new customers only. I called to at least get the bill under $700. They decided to lose a long-term customer instead.
I understand that you need to give a good break to attract new customers. But I felt I was being taken advantage of paying so much more.

I used them to cut my lawn for a little over a year.  They just aren't very good at completing the service.  I didn't mind paying them the higher price that they were charging me for the service as they were supposed to spray for weeds and trim my hedges as well.  However it seems that those other items were only completed when we called to complain that they weren't being done or if we were here and told them they had to complete it.  It was just to frustrating to continue using them.
