She takes great pride and professionalism in making sure that we are happy and are getting what we want. Her communication is A+ prior to the job starting in sending pictures, estimating and reminders for when they are scheduled. I was most impressed that she doesn't just get the job and leave it up to her crew to do, she stayed the entire day to make sure it was done correctly. Her crew is exceptional, polite and very diligent to make sure that they leave your property perfectly cleaned up after the job is done. Whitnie had great communication when it comes to sending me pic and keeping me in the loop on the plants she was shopping for us to incorporate. Her design was spot on and she included all the bells and whistles I wanted. The whole process was painless and was able to be done in a nice timely fashion! We are in the process of planning another little project that we came up with during this design. I highly recommend working with Garden Girl... sweet and trustworthy! ABased on reviews of Optimum Pest Control on Angie’s List, I hired this company to rid my house of a huge number of palmetto bugs. I had been seeing on the average of 3/day. My usual pest control company tried hard to help but was not effective. Renan came over and checked out my entire house from the attics to underneath and in cabinets, vanities, AC closets etc. He pointed out areas that needed to be sealed as there were many access points for the bugs to enter the house. He came back the next day and bombed the attic. Two days later he came back and treated with boric acid. He also has sprayed the lawn and ornamentals outside. Renan is very detail oriented and is attentive to everything. He is professional, on time, and quick to answer texts and calls. I would highly recommend him!
