AEJD Construction Contractors & Investment Corp.Eric and his team were great and I would hire him for any other construction job again. From the first day Eric responded to our request for a quote, to the very end of the project he was responsive and easy to work with. At the outset, he took the time to have various conference calls with my husband and I to go over contractual items. He worked with us in every aspect. He was punctual and kept us updated of all inspection results. His team and subs would show up exactly when he told us they would. He pushed the project quickly, and we were able to complete it in only 5 months (during a pandemic!!). He was in constant communication with our architect, and engineers to get documents necessary without having to bother us to do it. At one point I really wanted to remove the tie-beam in an area of the addition, and he went above and beyond to call everyone necessary to see how we could do it. He also got us other subcontractors for second opinions in other aspects of our project. He goal was to make sure we were satisfied with the work. ATight Right, LLCGREAT! They went above and beyond installing our attic insulation! We had tried to do the job ourselves with a rental machine which turned out to be a nightmare. I called Sam at Tight Right and he came the next day and installed new insulation at a very fair price! Sam and his crew were great to deal with, extremely careful and very knowledgeable about insulation, energy conservation, and air conditioning in general. Our home is 60 years old and he gave us some great recommendations to lower our sky high electric bill. AGo Green Insulation of South FloridaGo Green was exceptional with conducting a spray foam project in our 2100 square foot home. The job initially entailed not only removing the existing batt insulation that was damaged by rodents, but also required a big attic clean up as well. Karl, Paul, and their assistants vacuumed out every square inch of attic floor, leaving us with a clean slate for attic storage. Working in attics in the middle of summer is tough work, but these guys finessed it over 3 days. We got nice thick consistent coverage of spray foam throughout the attic ceiling as well as all of the exterior walls. Our attic is much cooler than before, with temperatures in the 85-90F range whereas previously the temp up there was closer to a sweltering 95-120F+. Karl is excellent at explaining the science and physics behind spray foam technology, and Paul is adept at wrangling the spray foam gun and laying down the correct thickness of white snowy foam, something akin to a Ghostbuster wielding a proton pack and firing the neutrino wand. Go Green has a small business feel to it, with good service and they take pride in their work. They wanted to insure the job was done correctly. It sure does look impressive up there in that attic. In addition, after the job was competed, I noticed a couple of small spots that needed better coverage, and they came back for a fourth and final touch-up session.
