ABuresh Home Solutions, Inc.When I asked my furnace repairman how I could lower my heating bills, he said get new windows on our 57 year old home. A neighbor just had her back deck replaced by Buresh Home Solutions and was very happy with the job they did, and highly recommended them. Their salesman came out, and had a promotional package we couldn't ignore, so we replaced ALL the windows upstairs, ALL basement half windows downstairs, and our rear door. The price was right, the work was very professional, and we lowered our thermostate two degree....... hopefully forever! We recommend Buresh Home Solutions for any home improvement project. AFrom the beginning to the end this process was handled very professionally. They always showed up on time and the work done was very high quality. Even the city inspector complimented the job saying I found a good installer and they did a good job. Working with Dan was a pleasure and he really put in the effort to make sure everything went smoothly. He also gave me some great advice on what type of windows to put and it's really modernized the look of the house. We are very happy customers, thanks!

AWe were looking at adding accordion shutters to our home in Pembroke Pines. Everything went super smooth from start to finish. We ended up purchasing the Supernova Shutters from Assured Storm Protection. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Assured quoted us less then our previous estimates and had a better quality product. They also helped us deal with getting approval from our 2 HOA associations. I can't say enough good things about them. A++

DVery unprofessional, Very unreliable, Lacks integrity, truthfulness and trustworthiness. Will not recommend or hire again. I have done some minor repairs of windows before with this company and was not a big deal , did not involve major installation or deposit , so never had a problem. However this time around I paid for impact windows installation that was supposed to be completed in 6- 8 weeks. Right from after the deposit was paid, communication stopped. I heard nothing more from them regarding permit filing and all the paper works for HOA even though I paid for permit. I had to call their office several times without any response. After 8 weeks there was still no response. It was not until I asked for a refund that Mike eventually hurriedly sent some people (not sure if they work for him) to come and install the windows. Half way through the installation , I noticed they had not installed the screens , asked them where the screens where, they said they forgot to bring it, called Mike , only to learn the screens where yet to be shipped and the man from the warehouse will be installing the screen when it arrives. It was unbelievable! I told them I will never allow that. Finally the installers came back the next day and installed the screens. Then I asked for the inspection papers and time. Another lies and lies of dates that never materialized. I eventually called the inspectors office , only to learn permit was not fully completed or picked up and so work cannot be inspected until their expired documents were submitted. I followed up with Mike again until the inspection was finally done . Time frame was 4 months. It was a horrible experience. Every conversation was unreliable and untruthful. Will not recommend to anyone that values Professionalism and integrity in business. This was a nightmare!
