ADiscount Pool and PatioIt was amazing how well it turned out. We absolutely love our patio now. Joe and the crew were punctual and very professional. They helped give great advice and made excellent suggestions to help us make this the best project ever! After getting a quote (all fully written out and detailed of specific work to be performed) and permits pulled, we had to push the job out due to some unexpected work at our house that prevented them from starting (all due to something completely unrelated to them but held them back from starting). They were so patient with us and still held to the quote. Once they could start, it came together just as they said, they helped us understand what to expect and kept to their schedule. They resurfaced the pool, bull-nosed the edging, redid the full patio pavers, and put in all new tile and skimmer. We added the tile angel fish at the bottom of the pool, so much fun, so happy we did. All top quality materials- it LOOKS GREAT! Thank you. I have given Joe's name and number to 2 of my neighbors already. I found communication best and very timely if I emailed with Joe and the company rather than just a phone call. Joe was always concerned with any issues and how the work was progressing and returned any emails I sent quickly.- Susan F.

From the start of interaction with Justin Schmidt, General Manager/Project Manager, the professionalism, timeliness, fairness in price, quality of the project and materials, to the overall outcome were simply top notch. I value quality, expectation setting, and timelines, and Justin delivered. Justin and his team accomplished a complete remodel in less than 10 business days, that included the removal of my fence and hurricane shutters, all new tile/marble, refinishing of the pool, installation of glass tile for the pool, all new pool equipment, installation of deck jets/fountains, putting back the fence and shutters, and even recommending a landscaper. I was thoroughly impressed with Ross Services and in particular Justin, he is my go to guy for anything we do in the future. Not to mention my pool area looks like a tropical spa retreat. AResurrection Pools, LLCRessurection Pools was great to work with - starting with the salesman Brian who spent extra time with us at the show room to select the perfect color and product options for our pool finish, tile and pavers for the lanai deck. The staff in the office especially Chelsea, our personal customer service rep, was awesome & very responsive. The team of workers was great as well - on time, responsive, professional, friendly, engaging and always willing to go above and beyond! They even made a special trip to help us move our spa, which was not part of the renovation. I highly recommend Ressurection Pools and would use them again.- Fay L.

ARoss ServicesAbsolutely awesome company. Usually when you start a home improvement project, you prepare yourself for varying amounts of pain and frustration, but this was not the case with Ross Services. From the start, they were punctual, professional, and accommodating. Their crew works incredibly hard and the workmanship is top-notch. Garret came out to give the initial estimate and was our point of contact throughout the process; we decided to have our pool deck redone with travertine stone and the pool refinished, including new tiles. As I recall, Garret came out to inspect the work each day that the workers were here. Despite some unavoidable delays due to rain, Ross Services finished the job in the specified time frame, and we are extremely happy with the results. Garret was even accommodating with a few extra requests that I made. I don't know if I could have found a lower price by shopping around more, but honestly I wouldn't do it. You get what you pay for, and Ross Services has truly impressed me as a company. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again, and in fact I plan to when we redo our driveway.- Frederick G.

AEverything was fantastic! The sales people were not pushy, they did not use high pressure sales tactics like the other window companies we had quotes from. The pricing was up front and fair, no gimmicks. They made sure all the details were set before starting the job, with all the measuring and ensuring the correct products for each opening. The install crew we had was great; They worked hard and cleaned up after themselves each day they were at our house. We had followup calls and visits to ensure the work was being done correctly and that we were happy with the product and experience.
