We negotiated a price based on the cleaning required and some recommended repairs. The job was done on time and they returned the rug properly rolled up to protect it. AHe did a good job. The only glitch was that he thought he was only cleaning the loveseat when the request to Angie's list and the pictures I sent him were for the love seat and a sofa. On the phone, he only gave a quote for the loveseat. I thought It was quite low but since he had such good reviews I decided to use him. The price, of course, went up when he saw that there was also a sofa. No biggie but be sure to confirm exactly what is being done before he arrives to avoid a price surprise. Had him also clean the bedroom carpet since he had the equipment and time to do so. Nice, professional and clean. He called a couple of times to tell me he was running late which I appreciated. I will have him back to clean my dryer vent.

AExcellent! They did a great job! Very attentive to detail cleaning floor to ceiling including walls. The floor and grout cleaning resulting I the floors looking brand new! I recommend this type of cleaning once a year. The grout was an extra fee as was the cleaning of outside windows but well worth it. They sent 4 people and those cost for cleaning was originally around $315 plus windows ($10/each) and grout (based on SF). The whole thing which was nearly an all day job cost about $800. They also had a nice discount on Angie’s List-great value especially if you don’t need something as extensive. We will definitely hire them again
