    My 18 month old Whirlpool glass cooktop oven decided to stop working, and when none of the burners worked on the top, or the oven, I knew it was an electrical issue ($$). I called Gunn Appliance Service because of the high reviews on Angie's List, and they were able to send someone out very quickly. The bad news was my oven was out of warranty and the most expensive part of it had blown. The technician explained all these new appliances come with cheap electronic parts that don't last, and unfortunately the replacement grade parts are actually really well made, and they jack the price up on them to try to get you to just buy the new oven...problem is 2 years later you may have the same issue all over again. Anyway, I got the replacement computer board and the fix was quick, and they offered a year warranty on it, but assured me the new part would last. Overall I was very happy with the speed of service, and getting the replacement part, and the honest discussion. I was ready to just give up and buy another oven and fall into that trap. Will definitely use Gunn Appliance Service again if I have any other issues with my other appliances.

    Scott was awesome! He came the same day I called. He knows his "stuff"! What impressed me even more was when he tested the washer, after repair, to make sure it worked correctly. It may seem like common sense, but I have never had a service or delivery person volunteer to do that. We will use again!

    I called Dan in the morning to see if there was any opening for service. He stated that the day was full and would call me back if any cancelation became available. It was my lucky day. A opening was available and he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem and had the part to remedy the issue. Work was completed in a professional and timely manner. Thanks Dan you saved the day!

    Our Samsung refrigerator was making a loud noise; more so when we opened and closed the doors. Our warranty had expired. We called Scott at Gunn Appliance Service & Repair and he came out the next day, which was a Thursday. Scott determined what the problem was and told us he would order the part and return to complete the repair. As promised Scott returned on the following Monday with the part and completed the repair. Scott is knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely call him again if any of our appliances go on the fritz. Scott's services were worth every penny.

    I was very pleased with everything from the initial service call to the actual day of the repair. Scott was very knowledgeable in determining the problem as why my oven wasn't preheating to the preset of 350 degrees. He told me what needed to be repaired and what the cost of the items would be including labor. In addition, I was initially given a 7 day turn around time for the work to be completed. To my surprise I was called within 2 days with great news that the parts that were ordered had came in earlier than expected and that he would be at my house on Monday. I was very happy with their professionalism. I would definitely recommend them for any household appliances repair.

    The tecnitian came, checked and fortunately the "automatic brain" inside had something loose and once he checked it started to work. He also checked that the crushed ice will also come out. JW waited a while and checked again to make sure that everything was working. He left and told me to call him if it stopped working. So far so good.

    Nice technician but having the same problem so I called only to be told that the franchisee has closed and that the corporation does not stand behind the work or the warranty. Will never use another Mr. Appliance

    Technician not factory trained, made wrong diagnosis, since he couldn���t repair it said I need a new stove (at $1,800!). Tech left paper with my name, address, phone but no itemized bill ($70 service call), said he had a lunch date. I called next day, owner apologized about no proper receipt TEXTED me bill. I called Maytag, they gave me some credit (7 yr old stove barely used), set up for local factory trained rep to come out, computer iPad hooked up, stove told him key stuck; ordered new stove front keyboard, works perfectly now. Yes it cost $750 but cheaper than $1,800 for new stove!
