    Elizabeth is amazing, I have known her for almost 5 years. She is always very attentive towards the entire workout regime she forms for me. She is very precise and focused towards her clients and their workout. I have always admired her hard work and attentive behavior she has for her profession. She is a very positive person and brings that same energy towards her workout, which I actually enjoy. We get creative and improvise depending upon the circumstances. She is very easy to get along. The most I like about her workouts are she focuses on more strength training and she has actually taught me how to do workouts with a technique behind it, so you are getting more results out of your workout. I would surely recommend Elizabeth to others.

    Roseangela was by far the best personsal trainer I have ever had.  I had over many years been an active person who regularly went to gyms for personal training, but in my 60's had back and joint problems that resulted in several operations.  I began training with her when I was 69.  First, she asked me about my medical history and problems and then asked about what goals I had for exercise and rehab and my other time constraints, and we developed a program personalized to my needs and goals.  She provided excellent advice and motivation to work on those goals.  We had three sessions a week, 45 min. exercises and 15 min. stretching as approved by the phsyical therapist.  She often texted me in between sessions to see how I was doing.  She is really part trainer, part mental motivator and part shrink.  I loved going to my sessions.  They were fun.

    The reason why I think she is the best personal trainer I have ever had is because often in the past, I have had trainers who were really gung ho on getting fit, but who really were imposing their fitness goals for themselves on their clients, rather than concentrating on working with the client to define and meet their (the client's) own goals.  My goals were to be able to get up and down off the floor to play with my grandkids, and to be able to pick them up and carry them around -- not to lift 80 lbs. or run a 9 min. mile. Using a personal trainer when you are a senior (as opposed to many clients who are between 20 and 45, say) means focusing on rehab and working to build strength and balance and flexibility.  Roseangela is knowlegebable in developing programs with a senior focus in mind.

    I've been working out with him since 1998.  I am 67 yrs old and I look marvelous.  He pays attention to my personal needs as he does with his other clients.  Everybody has their own individual workout and focuses on what will benefit their body instead of a general workout that is the same for everyone.  He's always punctual and very friendly.

    I was happy to know that Damian could train me either in my condo gym and also in his own fitness studio. So I am going to start training twice a week in my condo, and once a week I will be going his fitness studio, since there are some equipment in his studio that I don`t have in my condo. I enjoyed the first training session and thought the workout was very thorough.
