  • Our wait was a little longer than one might expect but our visit was initially to get the hearing aids cleaned which was done immediately and without any wait.  Only after expressing some concerns about not hearing all tones did we have to wait until the doctor finished with another patient and then we were invited back to his office for his to fine tune the hearing aides.  Note:  It was our choice to wait.  
    With all the new technology, the hearing aides stayed in the ears, a device was placed around the neck (like a big necklace) and the doctor had control of the hearing aids through his computer.  He was able to adjust volume specifically for male voices and TV.  At each phase of the adjustment, the doctor talked with the patient to verify they could hear well with the proposed adjustments.  Once all were satisfied, he set the adjustments, restarted the hearing aids and all was complete.
    All members of this facility were polite, kind, courteous and simply a pleasure to work with.

  • She began laughing and said you were right! You do have the shingles. We will have to have you moved to isolation. I had been in her office that was crowded with patients 3 times and all day in the ER clumped with many patients and then admitted to a room with another woman and the Shingles are contagious. I though her demeanor was appalling. Laughing was inappropriate and she never apologized for dismissing me. I knew I had the shingles but she chose to ignore all the signs. I will never go to her again.

  • He's very nice. I never had a problem with him. He's also my sister-in-law and daughter-in-law gynecologist. The one problem I did have. I went last year for my pap smear and my bill was $310.00 and that was even before the insurance company. So, it would have been less, but then I keep getting this and I had a call in the billing department there and what it was we had the insurance which is Blue Cross and Blue Shield. We had them on the phone, we had a conference call. The same thing, he told them that I am covered and they still send me a bill, I don't know why; but they found and took care of it. They were suppose to have taken of that. As far as the billing department I don't know whether they just assumed or it's a mistake because it's there in the computer or something. So, they are not billing Blue Cross and Blue Shield for some reason; but other than that I am not going to say anything bad as far as the place, but I did have a problem with that. The first problem I have ever had.

  • I am 74 years, I have had multiple surgeries over the years and out of all the doctors that I have been to so far for physical examination, I have never found anybody or any better or probably even as good as Dr. William Trice. He is an absolutely wonderful man. He is probably around 55-56 years old, he has a wonderful demeanor, he spends plenty of time with you. He answers all your questions. He is just an absolutely amazing wonderful doctor. I am due to go for blood work tomorrow and a week from tomorrow. His whole office is wonderful. His office girls and assistants are very good people to work with.

  • She takes care of everything for us. She saved my husband's life at least three times. She is very attentive and thorough about our care. She listens to everything you say and then comes up with a diagnosis which she verifies with testing. She is not heavy on giving out pills.
