He found me the perfect Bottle Palm tree - along with the rest of the plants I'd requested - and - his foreman (Alex) did an awesome job of getting everything planted right where I wanted it - as well as removing sprinklers and installing drip lines !! I'm planning to put 4 silver Bismark Palms across the back yard next spring - and you can rest assured I will definitely be counting on Leo to take care of that project for me too !!

  • Their work quality has deteriorated to non-existent. We count on them to take care of the house in FL and it is OVERGROWN with weeds, bushes, etc. I just had to email them to fire them as their phone number was NOT WORKING.

  • Mark Folsom gave me a competitive quote, and I hired him and gave him a $2450 down payment. (50%) He gave me a start date, then stalled for days, with every excuse imaginable. Every day he would promise to be there the next day, but was always a no show. He finally came after a couple weeks, haphazardly sawed the concrete coping around my pool (not completely done), then mortered in about 20 coping blocks on one side of pool, and I haven't seen him since. I also found another person who sued him and won in small claims court in Marion County Florida for taking money and not providing pavers or work. Scam artist!

  • Terrible! Walked through with owner to determine what was to be done. When actual work was in progress, he continually denied agreeing to some of the work. I had to continually walk through and point out plants that he did not remove. Then when he was specifically suppose to take out certain plants in an area, he just cut them down to the ground to make it look like they were taken out. Three days later when the plants started to grow again, I checked further, he never even attempted to remove the plants at all. When I confronted him, he said they did take them out. I have pictures showing they weren't. Very untrustworthy!!!!

  • When we first hired them it went great. As time went on, services declined, especially the last visit. We have a vinyl fence and it was chewed up by weed eating and now I have to figure out how to repair the damage. Also, gates were constantly left open and we have dogs, which then required someone to be home. So, before we could let the dogs out we had to check to ensure the gates were closed. Also, if the dogs happened to be out when they showed up, the workers were none to happy about it.

  • POORLY. This company was very dishonest, poor workmanship, will not return calls, uses inferior materials. We had extensive work done and had to have another company come in and repair his work. DO NOT USE!! It cost us thousands of dollars more to repair what K&E did. BAD BUSINESS.

  • Beware. He came to level part of my yard for a pool and didn't even bring a level. Then he got a level and swore that the area was level. I believed him and put up my pool with 12000 gallons of water and the ground is not level by at least 2" which is extremely close to interfering with my pump flow. I will now have to take my pool down in the fall and pay someone else to do the job right. 
    P.S. He lied about the cost of dirt brought in. He pads costs.

  • Having had the same type of service done by a competitive provider I had good evidence to compare against. Upon contact the provider promised to make the pavers look like new again. I did not have  the driveway cleaned in at least 10 years. I tried doing a "DO IT YOURSELF". It was a disaster.
    I decided to call a PROFESSIONAL. Upon the first attempt by the provider to remove the old sealer I noticed areas where some of the "OLD" sealer had not been completely removed.

    The provider said "I AM A MAN OF MY WORD" he stripped the entire driveway again and sealed it a second time. NO EXTRA CHARGE.
    The driveway looks great. I am a happy customer

  • Excellent job. My internet went down while they were laying the sod and I knew what happened. They had cut a line installing the irrigation. I didn't say anything and very quickly received a call from their office informing what had happened and that Century link would be out shortly to repair at their cost. I was very impressed with them taking ownership and correcting the situation so quickly. They had to come out one more time to adjust a couple of springler heads and replaced a few pieces of sod. It was done very quickly. I am getting a number of positive comments on how great my yard looks and am very happy with it so far. I feel that the springler system is a real important part to have a nice looking yard. Price was reasonable. Communication excellent. Would use again. Everyone was very professional. Couldn't be happier.

  • This is an update of my 8/15 ?review of this provider. Since I pay them quarterly, as of Jan 2016, I am discontinuing them.? Over the last?few months, their services?have deteriorated to an unacceptable level.? Service Smart has proven to be?inefficient and unreliable.?Routine scheduling?for?simple mowing is non-existent.? They have four customers right in a row, including me.? Two properties always get mowed together; I am not one of them.? I have asked more than once, and suggested to the office, that the four houses get serviced together.? That would make sense.? No supervisor has arranged it, or called to tell me why they cannot and will not do this.? I am tired of repeatedly calling?the office to know when I will be mowed.? I'm promised?a day, and they never show up.? I never know when they will show up; it's always a different day.? Office staff and field staff are always polite and courteous; however, there seems to be a?lack of coordinated communication within the company.? I rarely get the same workers a second time. They apparently can't keep field employees, who I believe are very inexperienced, as evidenced by the repeated and extremely wide edging along my property, which just encourages weed growth and looks terrible. ??I've asked many times for a supervisor to speak with, none is ever available, and none ever call me.? I guess they don't care to hear a customer's concerns and/or complaints.? By the time anyone shows up to perform a service, my property is looking neglected. Service Smart is simply not worth the aggravation.
