    Lober Surface Cleaning LLC
Such an amazing company!! Amazing quality for the price. Amanda answered my questions and booked me fast! Josh arrived on time and was very knowledgeable in his work! The price was more than fair and the quality was even better! Josh did not rush, and made sure I was pleased with everything!!!! I tried a few other cleaning companies and nothing compares! I have sinus issues and just had a baby.... my sinuses are now clear, my baby is healthy and mama is worry-free!!! Thank you so much!

    Bridges Tile, Inc
Awesome - Ken Bridges is my hero !! He is extremely professional in every way - always on time, works to code and cleans up afterwards. Ken transformed our master shower into a show piece - it is now a walk-in shower with no door - absolutely breathtaking !! We were sooooo impressed with our master shower that we've already set a date for Ken to come back and remodel our guest bathroom shower with the same tile !!!!

    East Coast Flooring
We hired East Coast Flooring to replace the carpet in all three bedrooms (with porcelain plank tile) shortly after purchasing our home. Since we were moving to this area from south Florida, we postponed our move by two weeks in order to allow them time to install the tile while the house was empty. We were also VERY SPECIFIC about NOT wanting any kind of "transition strip" in the bedroom thresholds between the old ceramic tile and the new porcelain tile. We only wanted a single (thin) grout line!!! Our salesman assured us he would pass that information onto his installer. Unfortunately, if you look at PHOTOS #1 and #2 (included with this review) you'll see THAT obviously NEVER happened! The subject of "thresholds" was never mentioned again by our salesman at East Coast during any following phone conversations. We trusted him to look after our best interests in our absence. So you can only imagine the shock we received when we pulled up with the moving van and went inside to take a look at our new porcelain tile. Needless to say, we were absolutely devastated - especially after paying over $10,000. to have this tile installed. Their lame excuse (after the fact) for using a narrow "transition strip" in the thresholds was because there was a very slight difference in height between the old tile and the new tile - but - if you look at PHOTO #3 (third bedroom threshold) you'll see that obviously was NOT the case - go figure ?? They didn't even use a SOLID transition strip on any of the thresholds - just pieced several strips together instead. With that said, we got a second opinion from another professional tile installer (who later did an awesome job using the same tile on our master shower). He was appalled at how the thresholds were done. He stated the obvious . . . the original installer started at the back of the room and worked towards the door (plain and simply) because it was easier. Buyers beware !!

    Homespaces of Ocala
A terrible four month experience!!! Would not recommend Homespaces to others!!! No supervision of sub contractors. Poor workmanship. Wrong cabinets and doors ordered and delivered and I had to pay extra to get the correct materials. Installers were unpredictable. Electrician and plumber did not show up as planned. Mr. Lavelle did not respond to my calls or e-mails in a timely fashion. Expensive granite counter top is rough and Mr. Lavelle would not replace. Power tools missing from the garage. Workman poured left over grout down storm sewer. Dumped scrap tile cuttings in the shrubbery. Carpet to tile transitions are crude and workman chipped porcelain tiles when nailing carpet tack strips. Night before final payment was planned Mr. Lavelle sent a threatening e-mail re placing a lien on our property if we did not pay in full in the AM .

    Over The Top Cleaning
He did an outstanding job. Arrived on time, answered any and all of my questions. He worked very cleanly and moved the things that needed moving, that we could not move by ourselves. Davis is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly!
My tile and grout, look like new!

    Renu Carpet & Tile Cleaning
He did an excellent job! The carpet hadn't been cleaned in three years and had stains from a water heater leak. It looks great and adds a freshness to the office. His price was very reasonable. He was prompt and professional. I would recommend him to friends and use his service again.

    Professional Carpet & Tile

Our home was built in 2005 with ceramic tile in all rooms except the bedrooms. Our ceramic tile had been a problem from day 1, a problem which our builder refused to correct. Both the tile and the grout lacked a sealant causing both to easily stain. Through the years, we had tried countless professional floor cleaning companies and DIY remedies,  with little or no satisfaction. We were totally frustrated and fearful that our only option was a costly one of replacing all of our tile.   That was, until we contacted Pat More of Professional Carpet & Tile. He explained his different cleaning methods, giving us a choice of options.  Due to the severity of our deteriorated tile and grout, we chose his more expensive acrylic grout sealant and have never regretted our decision. Pat More and crew do one fantastic job!

    OneRestore
Not good !!! two guys showed up, one used a large round machine to clean (he was learning the business) and the other spent all his time outside having a cigarette. As another person noted, the floors were not swept, corners were not cleaned and the areas that were too small for the large machine to reach were left undone. the excuse was they did not have the right equipment. My floors were left soaking wet and dirty. After they left I had to mop up all of the water and then clean the floors of all the grit. I had also asked for the tile in my master shower to be cleaned, they said they didn't have the right equipment so they picked up the large machine and attempted to clean the walls with that resulting in taking the paint off of the walls near the ceiling and making a big fat mess and never touching the shower floor. WARNING !!!!!!!! I was very disappointed with Angie's List, this company has more that one poor review and yet they still keep them listed as a good resource. I am in need of other handy work on my home but reluctant to use Angie at this point.
PS they so called and quot;cleanedand quot; the foyer, hallway, laundry room, kitchen, master bathroom including the shower, and guest bathroom in an hour. That should tell you what kind of job they did.

    Renu Carpet & Tile Cleaning
My entire house is ceramic tile and is regularly cleaned with a home steam cleaner.  Though the tile is only three years old, it looked dingy and the grout was almost black in several high traffic areas of the house.  The two brothers, Charlie and Johnny, were prompt, professional, thorough, and efficient.  They moved all the furniture to ensure every inch of tile was cleaned throughout the house.   The baseboards were also steamed and cleaned.  The grout was then sealed with a clear sealer, which was my choice and also their recommendation.  The job took 4-1/2 hours.  I felt the price was fair and represented good value for the service provided.    This is not an inexpensive project.  They also gave me a generous bottle of special tile cleaner to add sparingly to the water in my steam cleaner.  The final result is that my tile floors look brand new and absolutely beautiful.  Thanks, Renu, for a really great job.
