  • Excellent....Sonny found the problem, talked to the maker of the refrigerator, went over everything with them and fixed the issue. Sonny is a real gentleman and we will definitely hire him again as well as refer him to anyone who needs his services.

  • Technician was 3 hours late. He was totally unfamiliar with my "older" type of washing machine. I had bought all new hoses to be replaced. In removing the drain hose, he requested a towel for the residual water in the existing hose. Then when hooking up the water hoses, he wasn't paying close enough attention to both ends and water went everywhere! This is a new home for us and there were unpacked boxes in the laundry room that got soaked, requiring still more towels. In hooking up the new drain hose, he couldn't make it work and needed to put back the old hose, getting still more water all over the floor and requiring the last of my towels! After paying $200 for all this mess, he neglected to hook up the dryer. When I called him back, he said it was not on the original order, which of course it was, he had just not read it correctly. He came back and hooked that up. I would NEVER hire them again.

  • I think they are all over the state. You pay so much a year and it covers your appliances and so on if something breaks down. It changed a little bit and now you have to get a different package. My husband had decided that we didn't need the service and let it go but then a couple months later the refrigerator went out. So we had to sign back up with them. They wanted to put a part in there that  it really I don't think was the issue. My husband contacted the company and they were really supposed to have this part. He had to order the part and a week went by and I called them. He said he didn't put the order in immediately so everything was on back order. I contacted the main office and they did take care of the problem. Overall, they are normally very good. They usually have somebody who works with refrigerators or dishwashers. There are different repairmen. They are usually pretty punctual and good at setting up appointments. They have worked on other things and we have been pretty pleased. They have changed their program a little bit. You have to go with a Gold program to cover the electrical but they used to.

If they think the appliance can't be fixed anymore, they pay you so much for the old appliance to go towards a new appliance.

  • We contacted All About Appliances about the dryer issue. Eric, the owner came to evaluate the problem. He found that the dryer itself was OK, but there was a venting problem. Our roof had been reshingled by the previous owners. Upon inspection, it was found that the shingles had not been cut out over the vent on the roof. Eric cut the shingles, reset the vent, and cleaned out the vent hose from the roof down to the dryer.

  • Not only was our clothes not drying properly, we realize that this was a real fire hazard and without him finding the issue it could have been a real disaster. The response time was quick, cost reasonable, and friendly service.   We would recommend All About Appliances without a hesitation.

  • I contacted the provider to service my refrigerator. They returned my call very promptly. Unfortunately they did not service the manufacturer brand I own as it takes months to get replacement parts from the manufacturer. The provider was extremely helpful in assisting and guiding me in what I needed to do to resolve the issue I am having with my unit. I am very grateful I contacted them and thankful that their guidance was able to help me even if they were not able to come out and service the unit. If I need another appliance repair I will definitely contact them.

  • That went fine. I tipped the guy and paid on spot. I got a call today saying that he looked at my dishwasher and I need 3 parts and its $128. For us to repair the dishwasher. I said I didn't want to repair my dishwasher and she said it will be a $35 service fee. So this company is going to charge me for him opening up my dishwasher and just looking, while he was already at my house doing work on my oven and charging me for that. I don't feel it's right for them to charge me again because I don't want to get my dishwasher fixed.

  • I called regarding a fridge/freezer that had serious cooling issues.  Al made an appointment for 9 the next morning and was very prompt.  The diagnosis included eliminating possible causes 1 by 1.  Unfortunately, the issue turned out to be  leaking freon.  He did not recommend that I make the repair.  He charged a fiar price for a diagnostic service call.  I would call him if I had any large appliance issues in the future.

  • He came on time, was here a total of 10 minutes. We live four miles from town where business is located. I told them when I called that it was the lid switch on my Kemore washer. They did replace the lid switch that they provided The switch is $27.26 if ordered from Sears. I know their costs are a lot less as the switch is probably not a Kenmore switch. When he wrote out the bill it was for $164.30!!!!!!!! I told him there must be a mistake! He assured me that he had taken off $10 for my Senior discount. So without my discount......the bill was  $174.30.  Not bad for a $27 switch, four miles and 10 minutes. Will be warning all friends and neighbors about this scam on seniors!!!!!
