    It took a while to get the required part which in no way was a fault of Long Appliance. However, while waiting for the part, I think Long Appliance could have done a better job of communicating with me after initial visit on August 30th.

    I called Mr. Malone yesterday. He returned the call in the early evening, scheduling for 10AM today. I live quite far from Largo - couldn't believe he would make a house call especially for the price! He arrive three minutes early, fixed the machine within 30 minutes, and I couldn't be more pleased! This kind of service and pricing is almost obsolete. Very grateful and I highly recommend! (When my neighbor heard I had a repairman coming, she also scheduled a repair. He's there now ... We'll see what she thinks soon.)

    They did a good job with the ice maker repair. I had provided the make and model in advance and he had all necessary parts on the truck so he fixed it on the spot. It works better now than it ever did in the past.

    Fantastic! Thrilled! They came out in a couple of hours, on Good Friday, evaluated the situation, returned with the needed part later that afternoon and installed the main board. Everything is now running beautifully. In the future when needed, I will be calling AACO and nobody else!!

    Horribly! Since 12/23/17 we have been trying to get this issue resolved. But Sear's Home Warranty determined that we needed to use Mr. Rogers. They are completely inept. One theory after another as to what the problem was. Sear's Home Warranty is just as bad though. Until 3/29/18 we experienced a refrigerator alarm that would not shut off. A compressor fan that cycled on and off every few seconds. A visual temp display that flashed on and off constantly. An emergency temp alert that needed reset multiple times a day. Endless calls to Mr. Rogers and Sear's trying to get someone to fix the issue. Each blamed the other. Mr. Rogers supposedly installing a "main board" that was sent to them from Sear's after 3 months of searching. Only to find out on 3/29, when I had finally had it and hired a reputable appliance repair company, that the main board was not replaced with a working board! Of course when I told Mr. Rogers that their repair didn't work and nothing was working correctly, they blamed it on Sear's and said that the Freon level was probably low, but they wouldn't be able to check that. Sear's would have to do that. Never ever have Mr. Rogers in your house to evaluate an appliance repair issue. They fired the 1st guy they sent here. Said he was no good...but they followed his initial determination of the problem anyway! Dishonest beyond belief!

    The experience started with a phone call on which we explained our issue. The appointment scheduling was prompt and their technician arrived promptly. All repair parts were on his truck and the repair was performed promptly and in accordance with their estimate. Great service.

    In addition to the minor repair two days before, our HVAC kicked the bucket. They were able to schedule install 2 days later...and this was all right after the hurricane. They did the job in just a day, working overtime to get it done. They crawled up in the scalding hot ceiling, added another intake duct, installed the compressor and condenser for the price shown. And I felt very comfortable with the work and the guys doing the job; I didn't feel like I was getting taken for a ride. I highly recommend them.

    I requested another service call and the 2nd tech found the problem and fixed it on the first visit. Turns out the 1st tech ordered the wrong part and when it came in he installed it and when the unit still didn't work he suggested I needed a whole new circuit board when in actuality it was just a little impeller blade that needed replacing.

    The owner, Paul Long, was prompt in responding to our call for service on our washing machine. Mr Long was very efficient and professional. The cost was very reasonable. We will call this company if need be in the future and will highly recommend his business to anyone.

    Exceeded expectations. Better Homes responded to my request with a service call later the same day. The technician (Larry) arrived as scheduled, listened carefully to my explanation of the problem, located the issue (condenser motor), explained what needed to be done and the cost of the repair, and repaired the refrigerator quickly. Very professional..
