Tile Installation reviews in St Pete Beach

Fantastic work!!! They showed up early and finished late and knocked the job out under the expected promised timeline. I've had many contractors do work for me over the last few years and by far this project with Oldja Kitchen and Bath was the best. I would HIGHLY recommend them and plan to use them for any additional work I need in the future. Great Job!!!

We did recommend GROUTWORKS to another person and like us, they were very satisfied with the quality of workmanship and their attention to detail. Angie and John demonstrated outstanding follow up and follow through from start to finish.

Beautifully. We ended up relocating the water heater and gaining a nice large closet. The walls and floor are perfect. Keystone did a super job. The guys were professional and easy to talk to. They were exact in their work and never cut corners. They left the job clean every evening. We could not be happier. We now have a very nice, useable room on the same level as the rest of the house.

It went perfectly. The crew was punctual, friendly and respectful, they took care to keep the home clean as they worked. We were completely satisfied with their work and professionalism. I would recommend Keystone Capital Construction to my family and to anyone else who reads my review. We wantv to do our other bathroom and look forward for Keystone Capital Construction to do the work.

From start (onsite visit by owner Jason Rossi) to finish (sliding glass door, trash removal), the project went very well.  Jason and his staff are great to work with, we recommend them highly. The Supervising  Project Manager, Tom, was most kind and informative throughout the entire project, often notifying us how things were going.  Allowances on tiles and flooring, lighting, etc, were generous.  Home Depot (lighting, etc) & IKEA selections (cabinets), were provided, with Tom's crew picking up and installing same.  We were allowed 3 Change Requests (modifications, with additional nominal expense), all were utilized giving us added value.  The quality of work Jason's professional staff provided is outstanding.   HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, we will call on him again for any and all renovations in the future.

Monte Sr. arrived here on time for a quote. He started with telling me it will be a extra charge for removal of tile. The SPECIAL "STATES" DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF BATHROOM. In our book that means the entire bathroom. Plus, not to mention my bathroom is half the size of the "SPECIAL' they have on here. I asked about how does the Special work with the budget for the toilet, vanity, etc. I wanted to know how I pick out my vanity etc within the budget they have posted on Special. 2 times he said it will be in estimate. He seemed not aware of what their 'Special' entailed. The "Special" they have posted on Angie's List  for a complete Bathroom for $ 5299.99 for a 100 sq ft and the estimate they sent me for a 40 sq ft bathroom for $8,073.47. Doesn't make any sense to us. We use a lot of businesses from 'Angie's List' and this was the first I had to report on. Will not be using them in the future or recommending.

I completely rehabbed a condo long distance. I could not have done it without Tom and his son. Their work was quality, on time and on budget. It was a real pleasure working with Tom and I would highly recommend him.

Paul was scheduled to pick up my area rugs and take them to his shop and clean them at November 4th, 2015 at 9AM.  He said when he came to get them he would measure and look at the tile floors in my condo and give me an estimate to clean the tile and clean or refurbish the grout.  I waited all day but he didn't show up and didn't call.  I called his phone the next day and got his voice mail with a very strange outgoing message from him.  The first part of his greeting told a little about his floor and carpet cleaning services and then there was a short inspirational message and then he said "Lynn, if this is you calling, I still love you." Even though I thought it was a very strange and unprofessional voice mail greeting, I left a message "Did you forget our appointment?, etc."  He called back on Nov 11th and told me that he had gone to the emergency room and discovered he had three kidney stones so he had been in the hospital.  We rescheduled for Nov 16th at 12:00 PM.  Paul again did not show up and did not bother to call.  I again called his phone and got the same outgoing message on his voice mail.  That time I did not even leave a message because I just thought 'this guy is too strange for me', not performing scheduled obligations and to have a personal "love" message on his office phone.  I have never heard from Paul again! I definitely would not recommend this company if you need your rugs or tile and grout cleaned.  His service and professionalism is undeniably the worse I have ever encountered.

Sonia helped me select  the shower and floor tile, vanity, and plumbing fixtures.  Remauldo built the shower, installed the tile, vanity, and plumbing.  He also recommended the lighting, which I like. I appreciated Remauldo's professionalism and the quality of his work. Sonia was available for every question.
The job took a little over 2 weeks, but Classic Kitchens & Bathrooms did it all.  The bathroom is completely finished and crisply clean looking.

I have 18 year old ceramic tile floors. When they were installed the grout was a very light gray, but after 18 years of use the grout that wasn't covered by rugs had become a dark charcoal gray. I assumed that the darkening was a permanent change due to age. However, after several months of remodeling the kitchen and bathroom, I knew that there was a layer of construction dust that I could never get completely clean. I bought a online deal for this company with the hopes that they could get the tile cleaner than my weekly mopping. A friend of mine had used a different company to clean her tile and she was not that impressed so my only expectation was that my tile would be cleaner. Paul arrived on time and began his work while I waited in the next room. When he called me in to inspect the floor I was shocked. My 18 year old tile looked like it was just installed. The grout was completely back to its original color. I don't know if everyone will get the same results that I did, but I think that was the best money I've spent in a long time. I would absolutely recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again. My only regret is that I waited so long to try it.
