ACornerstone Air, Heating, Plumbing & ElectricalWe had a pipe break in our yard and I put it off for months because we've not had a good plumber experience since we bought our house 3 years ago. So I tried Cornerstone, and WOW am I glad I did! From the very first contact (you can text them to schedule!), to the reminders, their online chat when I had a question, and then the tech Scott J, it was great. The tech was super friendly, found the issue and was able to have us all fixed up. We were worried he'd have to dig up our sidewalk (which he thought he might), but he was able to get it repaired. This was a little 1 foot space by the house, so it was not an easy to reach spot, but he was friendly and fast. We will be calling Cornerstone for all of our needs and are seriously impressed :)- Cassandra S.

ATotal Plumbing Solutions IncOutstanding. Our technician (Tommy) arrived earlier than scheduled (called to make sure we were available). He was very professional and was able to diagnose the location of the leak very quickly. The fix required him to dig a 2'x2' hole in our front yard near the sidewalk and he made the repair. I was very impressed with how he explained the fix needed and how well the yard looked after he was finished. I will definitely be using Total Plumbing again in the future.- Jim Z.

FUnaware by me, my 89 year old mother called them and they came out and gave her an estimate of $400, when they left she paid them $707 (including their generous $59 off coupon). They charged $224 just to clear out a drain trap on the first bathroom, then in the other bathroom they replaced her faucet with another one and they charged $524 for that faucet, in which I found out wholesale price on the new faucet was only $175. They said he was there for 5 hours but he came and left for 2 hours then came back. We plan to put a chargeback on the credit card, however, people beware of these guys, they took advantage of an elderly woman.

FCornerstone did the AC, Electrical and Plumbing in my brand new house, that was a HUGE mistake! Charged me extra for outside outlets that have never worked, mixed up the hot and cold pipes to the back half of the house, I am sure hot woart will be great to water my garden with and fill the toilets. Drilled multiple holes in my garage floor for AC drains they didnt use but they left the holes. The list goes on and on. I made the final payment before I was able to move in and verify everything worked, then never heard from the people again! Awful to work with and once paid they ghosted me like a bad blind date. I would not recommend Cornerstone to anyone for any job!

AI had the leak inspection team out for $350 to detect where a leak could be. Then I had to pay $550 to dig down less than 2 feet to get to the pipe. Then $450 to repair the pipe. The technician Mike Ramirez did a good job and kept me informed along the way. It just seemed very expensive to spend $550 to dig a small hole.
