    Shelley Parker Pet resort
She's very good.  A very good pet place for boarding and I guess she does grooming.  She may do grooming too because I know she'll groom them when you pick them up so that when you pick them up they're nice and clean but I don't think she does hair cuts.  You would have to ask.  Her price is good.  What happened was we were supposed to go up to Kentucky and the flight was cancelled so instead of the dog being there for 4 nights we picked her up the next day, but the price was very good.  The cost was per night.  It was wonderful all the way around.

She does excellent work. I have a Schnauzer, but I like a modified Schneider cut. She's very accommodating. Her prices are really good. My dog just loves her and it's obvious that she loves animals. I would highly recommend her! She is trying to grow her business, so let's help her do that so we don't lose this wonderful person as a groomer.

    Critter Boarding
I've been using Critter Boarding for a year and a half now, but it was usually Babs, one of the workers who I was told no longer works there. When I set up my last appointment by phone the appointment was scheduled with Jodi the owner. I found it odd that I had been a regular client this long but had never met her, but was looking forward to this appointment thinking that if Babs had been good surely the owner would be even better. I was wrong. I picked up my poodle not knowing anything was wrong paid and tipped my usual. Jodi did mention that perhaps my dog had a touch of arthritis in her back legs or hips because she nipped at her during the groom. This perplexed me because she never nips anyone. Jodi even commented that nothing was on the customer card indicating that she had such problems or would be a difficult groom in any way. I didn't think much and mentally filed it away to ask my vet later. I went out to the car and CoCo jumped all over my grandmother, something she doesn't normally do. She usually rides in the backseat quietly. Instead, as I drove down the road, my grandmother was yelling that CoCo was bleeding all over her. I looked down and saw blood all over my grandmother's blouse and pants. So much for taking her out. I called Critter Boarding twice and no one would pick up so I headed back as fast as I could. I asked the worker if she would accompany me to the car to see this herself. She claimed that maybe CoCo cut herself in my car and that she nor Jodi would have any idea what caused this. I replied that I worked at a vet clinic when I was younger and that I wasn't stupid, that it was obvious her nail was cut to the quick or she had been nicked during grooming. She took me inside where she had me call Jodi who had already left for the day. Jodi said that dogs do move around sometimes during grooming and that she had been grooming since the age of 16. It was obvious to me at this point that Jodi knew something had happened or didn't pay much attention during the groom. I have since noticed that the groom while looking good overall including the shaving off of her eyelashes on one eye to expose pink. What in the world is going on there since Babs left? My appointment was made a week in advance and I would have rather someone cancel than to breeze through it too quickly and injure a trusting sweet dog. To boot, had to pay for my grandmother's drycleaning, and the fact that I had paid $55 plus $10 tip before I discovered what happened makes me feel like they are willing to lose a longtime regular customer rather than admit fault.

Clip & Trim Professional Dog Grooming
The service was provided in a extremely prompt manner, the groomer was friendly and asked the appropriate initial questions.  However, the quality of the clip was substandard.  My dog was covered with clipper marks from his head to his tail.  His ears were unevenly cut and looked shaggy.   Overall the quality of the clip was quite shoddy.  The price of the service was truly out of proportion to the quality of the work.  I was charged $10.00 more than our most expensive previous cut.  I have no intention of returning to this groomer.

    Petite Pup Mobile Dog Grooming
Marci was wonderful! Our dog is very anxious, but Marci won her over quickly. Marci was gentle and groomed her beautifully. Our dog was happy which makes us very happy. We look forward to regular grooming by Petite Pup from now on.

    All Breed Grooming by Justine
Business was opened on arrival at 0845 hrs for the 0900 hrs appointment. This was our first visit to Justine's and we were greeted at the door. Our ShihTzu was groomed as we requested.....no issues... except for the dead fleas found by the staff at her rear quarters. These were due to the puppy Yorkie having them when we got him. We thought we had taken care of that problem, but apparently didn't. Justine's flea bathed him at NO EXTRA CHARGE and gave us some great tips on what to do with the 12 week old pup. They also explained some care tips for a Yorkie as to how to get his ears to stand up. Overall we are very pleased....and will be taking the kids back there again.

    All Breed Grooming by Justine
Both of my dogs are happy and relaxed because they were treated well while they were there which made their visit less traumatic. I am pretty sure that the beagle hound mix dog has never seen the inside of a groomer's place. I adopted him from the local shelter in October of last year and I waited until he was completely at home with me and my other two dogs before bringing him to see Justine.

I have to say that Justine was very generous to me as she did not charge me today for the beagle since I had rescued him and he is an old dog. I find that kind of compassion is remarkable as this cuts into her operating costs. After all, she used shampoo and water and electricity to do his grooming, not to mention the labor cost. I do not say this in my review so that others can try to get her to cut the fees for their dogs, but rather to show her generosity for this dog's first time.

I have another appointment with her tomorrow for my pit bull mix. Otis has been to see Justine before so it will be a familiar experience for him.

I highly recommend Justine and her All Breeds Grooming staff to anyone who wants their dogs and cats to look good and feel good.

Her prices are very reasonable and the animals are all treated very well.

    All Breed Grooming by Justine
Justine was so good with the cat. The cat had never been shaved or bathed and she handled the cat with care but confidence so the cat did not get excited. The cat felt so much more comfortable she purred all the way home.
    Thank you Justine ,from Beauty.

    Curbside Mobile Grooming
I just loved her professionalism in taking the time to allow my very arthritic pup be tonched,!
She carefully combed & shaved her in short spurts, so as to allow my pup time to adjust!
At the end, my pup couldn't leave her side!!!
Curbside Grooming was excellent and for the 1st time, my pup truly enjoyed it!

    All Breed Grooming by Justine
They are always gentle and kind to all the animals. Justine is very careful to handle each dog with care and keeps them from running into each other. My boy is sweet tempered and does not like going there when he first enters the place, but he soon is friendly with the staff and Justine. They have a young man who lifts Otis into the tub and bathes him which is good because Otis does not like his feet to get wet. When the animals are done, they are housed in appropriate crates until they are picked up. And they always get a nice bandana tied loosely around their necks. Otis is handsome and shiny and smells good again.
