FCornerstone did the AC, Electrical and Plumbing in my brand new house, that was a HUGE mistake! Charged me extra for outside outlets that have never worked, mixed up the hot and cold pipes to the back half of the house, I am sure hot woart will be great to water my garden with and fill the toilets. Drilled multiple holes in my garage floor for AC drains they didnt use but they left the holes. The list goes on and on. I made the final payment before I was able to move in and verify everything worked, then never heard from the people again! Awful to work with and once paid they ghosted me like a bad blind date. I would not recommend Cornerstone to anyone for any job!

FI cannot begin to tell you how important it is that you heed my warning. I hired Kevin to install a new a/c unit back in August. He told me that if I paid an additional $150 he would pull the permit. I verified with him that the permit would be pulled before starting the work, he stated it was, and I believed him. Fast forward to today, we have had dozens of text messages, phone calls, pleading and still no permit. I called the building department only to find he was not even licensed in my county at the time of the install. It is against the law to have work performed without a permit, search the web and you will see how many people have gotten taken by this person. I was stupid and naïve, don't let this happen to you.

FHorrible customer service. I called multiple times for 1 issues (that was an install issue). I was rudely told I would get a call back each time after it is researched. I never received a call back. I call a third time and am told my issue won’t be covered but can be fixed for a charge. I explained it was an install issue. I was then told very rudely, “we don’t know who has touched the unit between now and the time it was installed” even though Air Masters is the only company to touch my unit as I have paid them for for all services and repairs and have receipts for. This has been an ongoing issue I have told the service technicians multiple times that have come to my home. Each time I was blown off. I finally get a technician that find the issue after I have had to repair my ceiling multiple times at my own expense and am blown off with the blame game. I Would not recommend this company to anyone! They are overpriced and say it’s because they provide such good service and quality products. I beg to differ. I continued to pay the overpriced services to ensure if there was an issue it would be fixed and ensure any warranty to avoid the he said she said of “we don’t know what another person did” and I still got the blame game. When Air Masters are the only company to ever touch this unit. There units are garbage and when it comes time to fix an issue they always find a way to charge you and there cleanings are extremely overpriced. Funny after a cleaning I look at my unit outside and it’s clogged with leaves and I have to blow it out myself.
