Mickey was clear on all the repair options available with their corresponding warranties. He let me make my choice with no pressure and set about to quickly and efficiently replace my springs, bearings and track wheels. I feel confident that my door should be trouble free for the foreseeable future. Mickey was super personable and professional. He even tried to set up the garage opener WiFi controls with my phone. AArmortech Windows & Doors IncEric and Scott replaced my ingress/egress doors and all of my windows. The doors were installed about a month earlier than the windows as they arrived at the shop earlier. Eric and Scott are very friendly and easy guys to get along with. They do good work. Brian was the salesman who walked me through everything about the window installations and explained how to choose the appropriate windows and doors. Another Brian came out and did all of the intricate measurements, even triple checking them, making sure they were correct.- Debi C.

BThe tech was lovely and helpful. He was great to work with. Like he said, he was in and out in 10 minutes for $150. He got the door to open and close which was helpful in a pinch. The next morning I found five (5) screws laying in the garage door opening/driveway area that would have cost me a lot of money if one had found its way into my tires. So be careful to check behind him to ensure there are no screws or nails left behind. I did end up hiring a 2nd company to come in and spend more time on the cosmetics and inner workings of the door, straightening it, and bending the door back to close the gap between the first and 2nd layer of panels. The second guy redid the first company's work to make the door closing and opening quieter and not clanging, also did a full service on door, reset the sensors, Oiled everything, made sure the garage door didn't fall down quickly when released from the spring, and charged me $110 which was $40 less for 2.5 hours of work, then My Home Garage charged me for a 10 min. fix. I was glad to get my garage door to close and get my car in the garage that first night and the My Home Garage did that in 10 min., but after experiencing the attention to detail and the over the top service that I got from the 2nd company, I would call the 2nd company if I had a problem before I would call My Home Garage.

AExceeded expectations!!! The crew was friendly, conscientious and professional. I forgot to move outdoor furniture, but they did so and carefully. They were on time, clean, and the prep was outstanding. The made sure I was informed at every step. There was a problem area in which the builder "wrapped" finishes to "look" like wood and they matched it to perfection. Good luck to you if you don't choose them. Anyone else can only do just as good, but cannot do better!
