During the preliminary survey and estimate, we were so pleased, we extended the scope of the project. They came when they said they would come (in the cold!!), worked efficiently together and alone, finished the project right on time, AND IT LOOKS BRAND NEW! They accepted payment only after the work was done. And gave us a few small recommendations to enhance what they did. We could not be happier.- Patsy B.

ASunrise Quality Painting IncNick and his crew did a great. It began with the most thorough inspection of the house. Nick identified several issues that the other contractors did not; he said he could paint over them but recommended that I not do that. I needed some stucco work; Nick recommended a guy (Conroy Calvert) who also did great work. Nick's crew was prompt, courteous, and professional. The house looks great. He made sure to check in on a couple occasions to ensure the job was going well and met my needs and standards. The crew was friendly and efficient. AABOVE THE REST PAINTERSBeing a former Quality Assurance Director, I am known to be very picky with great attention to detail. It's my nature to look at things with a microscope and find the errors. I tried to find flaws with the work of Frank's team and I simply could not. From the initial quote meeting with Frank, I knew his would be the company I would hire. He gave me some great questions to ask the other companies that were providing us with a quote and none of their answers could hold a candle to his. Most important being a competency license and type of paint being used. The two other companies not only had higher quotes, but they also used an inferior paint: Super Paint instead of Duration, which is what Frank uses. When picking our paint colors, we confirmed with Sherwin Williams staff that Duration was a much superior paint, especially given the highly pigmented colors we had chosen. Frank was very patient with us, as approval from our HOA took over a month. Once scheduled, our home was pressure washed one day and prepped and painted the next. We could not be happier with the job of Frank and his team, most notably Rick and his attention to detail. Painting our home was a big investment and we could not be more satisfied with the work that Above The Rest Painters did. It feels like we have a new home, and that is priceless.- Christina B.

AFrom start to finish I was impressed with American Painters. I initially reached out to them on a Sunday not expecting a reply until Monday however, I was pleasantly surprised when Becky not only responded but got a quote to me that same Sunday. I scheduled them to: remove popcorn ceiling, re-texture, drywall repair, paint walls, doors, ceilings. Bob was the foreman who arrived the day work began. We did a walk through and I pointed out huge holes in the bathroom ceilings where fluorescent bulbs once resided. He patched over those and made it look as if they were never there! I also had some weird big columns in the kitchen from the previous owner making the place Greco-Roman. We had no clue what they were made of or what was underneath. I was afraid this was going to be an issue but when I discussed it with Bob, he jubilantly said it would not be a problem! Sure enough, he made it look as if they were never there. Nothing was an obstacle for this crew. They were so friendly, did everything I asked with the best attitudes. The work was done timely; I was given a time frame of one week but that was before I added all the extra work. It ended up taking 8 days total and the final cost was not far from the quote especially considering all the extra work I added on after the quote was produced. My home looks amazing! The crew did a fantastic job! They were able to beautifully preserve the crown molding which I was told by another company couldn't be done when removing popcorn ceiling. Finally I was given a follow up call to ensure I was 100% satisfied. When I mentioned there was a tiny bit of paint on the floor and was simply asking how best to remove the spot, he offered to send someone over immediately to resolve the issue. However, it was truly so tiny that was not necessary but I felt very pleased he offered. I can't imagine having a better experience. Even my neighbor saw their work and got a quote for them to do work in his home! Further testament these guys are good!
