When we first moved here, it was hard to find a good handyman. We have now used Andy exclusively for 2 years. He goes above and beyond in every project we give him and is worth whatever he charges on a project. He is very professional and has pride in his work. AGrand Aquatics, Pools & SpasWe started with a few local companies, explained what we were thinking (pool, spa and rough dimensions) and our thoughts. Grand Aquatics came back with a design that was priced great and very close to what we wanted. After a couple tweaks to the design he came over in person and we talked over the design and any remaining questions. A couple days later we had the documents and the process was started. The Owner (Omar) handled all permitting for us and from the time he dug the first hole to when we filled the pool with water we were told would be between 6-8 weeks - the final result was right around 6 weeks. He and his team of employees were always very professional (always Mr or Mrs Chance). He always made time for questions - even for the times he was not working - and made sure we knew what the next steps were and if we had any questions. He was also always present for the inspections. With all the inspections required for a pool (electric, plumbing, building - repeated multiple times) we never failed an inspection. When it came time to pick out the tile, deck and coping he met with us at the company, showed us the options and we were able to pick it that day. For what we thought would be an extremely stressful time, this has been a remarkably easy and stress free process. We even had friends from social media complement us on how ours was the fastest pool they've seen completed. Another of our friends used a different company - started before us and still has yet to start the concrete process. Even with all the roots he ran into while digging (we removed a large pine and 2 oak trees in the backyard) he still was able to stay on schedule While we never foresee moving, but if we ever did and the new home didn't have a pool, Omar and Grand Aquatics would be our first and only call.- Daryl C.

ATodd Fries was a fantastic rep for Shingle Masters. He thoroughly explained their whole process, was punctual with being on time for the original estimate, followed up with us up to signing the deal, and continued to follow up after the job was done. The craftsmanship by the roofers, themselves, was impeccable. Showing up so early the day of the re-roof and somehow managing to finish it in ONE DAY was remarkable. Cannot recommend Shingle Masters enough. Surpassed all of our expectations!!

AMike and Mark completed a full bathroom remodel. My existing master bath was taken down to the studs and a full new bath was built. The work included: floor to ceiling shower tile work including accent tiles with a niche, installation of river rock shower floor, installation of a 5 setting shower head with 2 body sprayers and necessary plumbing, installation of bathroom sink fixtures with necessary plumbing, full floor tiling, new recessed medicine cabinet, new bluetooth enabled exhaust fan, new insulation, new Einstein lightning fixture, towel and tissue holder and painting of walls and ceiling. The bathroom turned out to be amazing. The labor cost was less than $7000. That did not include materials - I purchased those over the last 2 years. Mike and Mark were extremely thorough with their work. If they had a question about placement or design, they would stop and ask me what I wanted before continuing. They always made sure to clean up before leaving for the day. They protected my furniture and made sure not to damage any of the accessories in my home. Have worked with Deep South several times and would hire them again.

ATim replaced our old irrigation timer with a new one. He had to craw under our elevated house to check on the wiring and tested each of our nine zones to ensure that all of them came on. He spent two hours on the job. Tim was friendly and professional. I have worked with him in the past several years and he always does good work for a fair price.
