  I was very dissatisfied with. I had to come up behind. I had just had knee surgery and I called them to clean my carpets, and they did not do a good job at all. They also cleaned the tile in the kitchen. They did not do a good job. I was so disappointed. Charged me a lot of money and they didn't do a good job. It was not a good job. I was very dissatisfied. It was not satisfactory. I would have called the company back but I just had knee surgery and just got home. They took all the chairs out of my dinning room and didn't even put them back. I have to wait until my son can come and put them back because I am not suppose to be lifting anything. I didn't think the price was very fair for what they did. $305 is what I paid and I think that was too much for the job they did. Not a good price for what I had done, it was not a good price. They did not do a good job so I felt like it was good job. Quality is a low grade. As far as coming out when they said they would they were okay in that area. It was just the cleaning I was very dissatisfied with. They were on time. They didn't get back to me with any calls. They answered right away and they came out when they said they would. I would not use them again.

  Stanley Steemer

  I really like Stanley Steemer, because when they shampoo and do the product, they dry it very well. It?s always clean, I mean it?s not wet. They do a good job. It?s steamed cleaned. It?s very good. It?s deodorized to get the smell out of the carpet. I?ve got 2 dogs.
  
  They should offer that $99 thing that they advertise on tv, which when you call there, they say they don?t honor that $99 carpet cleaning for 3 rooms. I think they are independently owned or franchised and they don?t honor it. I can never get them to give me 3 cleanings, just plain cleaning, shampooing for $99. Even though they advertise it though. They say their franchise doesn?t do it. I always use them. 
  
  I wish they would honor that advertisement for $99 for 3 rooms. Another thing is, when I was in New Jersey, I used them for 10 years. They had plans, where you would buy, say you would buy 3 cleanings, you pre-paid it and then they would give you the forth one free. They don?t offer them in Inverness. Which I had Stanley Steemer since 1980/1985.

  Master Restoration

  Dustin, John & Derek did such an amazing job that this review can't list all that they did.  I was so shocked that there was a company out there that cared to ensure my items were taken care of well and removed if necessary.  They were great in letting me know what was going on every step of the way and helped to ensure a quick turnaround process.  If anyone I knew were to have an issue, they would be the first team that I would recommend to anyone.  I can't thank them enough for helping to make this process easier.

  Floyds came into my home on time and were very pleasant. My carpets look brand new and my couches look amazing! I found this company through word of mouth from neighbors and i took and chance! I'm glad i did, i already have my 6month appointment set up. I highly recommend this company and give them an A+!

  Floyds Carpet & Floor Cleaning

  I had a bathroom that I felt was pretty much hopeless, but I decided to take a chance and try and have it cleaned.  Floyds was extremely friendly, they accommodated my limited time, and provided me with an appointment that suited me.  They came on time and did an absolutely fantastic job!  Everything came out amazing and I love my bathroom.  I will definitely call them again for anything else I need done.  Very, very happy customer :)

  Floyds Carpet & Floor Cleaning

  It went absolutely great. I have a kids room that the carpet had so many stains I was sure they wouldnt come out! The rug came out fantastic and looked like almost brand new and the carpet is kinda old. I also had an area rug I was going to
  Replace which my granddaughter who is 7 had ruined and had makeup on, but they said they could clean that alao and the stuff came out.
  I will deduction use them again and refer to my friends.

  America Carpet Cleaning

  Process was very easy.  Mike and crew were on time and ready to work.  He reviewed the areas to be cleaned and we discussed what furniture to move and what to leave.  Pre-treated all the area to be cleaned with sprayer before using truck mounted machine to power clean the carpet.  We were appalled at the difference in the carpet appearance before and after.  We had not idea the carpet was so light a color compared to what we were used to since we moved in.  Overall effect was striking and the change in household aroma was remarkable. The carpets dried in several hours and the appearance is terrific.  Because the carpet was so dirty, unbeknownst to us, we will probably have them done again in 6 - 9 months to get additional deep dirt out.  We plan to replace the carpet with engineered hardwood but Mike made it look so good we may delay our plans for a while longer.

  It went very good, the guy answered the phone when I called and told me he could come out the same day to give me an estimate to clean them. I liked the price and I liked him. He took the rugs that day and got them back to me within a week. I was very happy with how everything turned out. He was very personable and accommodating.
