    Mr. Appliance of Pasco County
The professional service that was provided by Mr. Appliance of Port Richey on our refrigerator was truly outstanding and we will highly recommend this firm to any neighbors needing appliance repair! The technician that did the work was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and he explained to us in understandable language exactly what procedures needed to be followed, to include defrosting our refrigerator the night before - so the necessary repairs could take place. Additionally, making the appointment was simple and the administrative staff was very friendly and professionally, as well! It is noted that giving a span of time for the appointment and the call to us before the technician is to arrive is also noteworthy of professional service! All in all, the appliance repair was a great experience and the cost was fair and equitable! In summary, if one is in need of appliance repairs, Mr. Appliance of Port Richey is the firm to call!

Warren Home Maintenance and Appliance Repair
Pretty Good...initial visit resulted in a compressor that had malfunctioned. Warren was able to restart and all went well. He actually waited an extra 20-30 minutes to be sure the compressor was functioning well before leaving the job.. Refrigerator was cooling well for 24 hours than stopped early next day. Warren returned and thought the compressor had overloaded due to faulty relay switch which was then replaced but later refrigerator stopped again. Warren tried hard to resolve the issue. He was thoughtful and conscientious to solve our emergency as we were under a time constraint. Final cost was adjusted fairly.

Device works fine, BUT service technician told me, after I gave him payment, that his printer was not working and he would ensure that an invoice would be sent to me via email. It didn't happen and all I have is a notation on my bank account that payment was made. I keep a running file on all my appliances in home and would have liked receiving an invoice of service and repairs made and info regarding payment. Cost of service call and the repair seemed excessive. Will definitely NOT use this company again.

    MR Appliance
technician was here 15 minutes, did not have the part necessary, advised would return on Monday and gave me a bill for $223.00. Asked for half of the charge in advance. I paid $100 since the service call was $79,00 any way, After which I contacted the office to understand why the bill was so high. The technician had charged $140 for labor alone. The part was only $40. I cancelled his return trip and will never use them again.

    George's Appliance Repair
The price was reasonable. We shopped around and they had the best price so they came in and fixed it. They are an A. we lived here before but we moved back and we called them. The fact that they are still in business after we were gone for 10 years. We shopped around and considered doing it our selfs. But for their price it was not that much different so we let them do it. They came the next day. They ordered it they said it would take 3 days, and the 3rd day they were here. They were here when they said they were going to be.

    Jimz Fix-It Shop
We called them on Saturday 6/10/17 and they were there in an hour! They came, gave us an estimate and had the work completed on Tuesday 6/13/17. The only reason was, they needed to order a part and Monday wasn't good for my mom. Couldn't be more happy with the service performed, the promptness of their workers and the all around courtesy of this company.

He criticized how we handled the dishwasher. He was kind of shocked and critical on how we maintained it, and how dirty it had become, which I didn't especially like, I can't say it wasn't true, but it's not good hearing that. I think he probably knew what he was doing, and he kind of did a little clean up of it, but he was sharply critical, I wouldn't say it was a major improvement, it probably was accurate but I didn't like (inaudible). They could be more understanding and civil. I don't think he should have been so hyper critical.

    Dino's Plumbing Inc
They are a good company. I would use them again. There were 2 workers for that. I wasn't here so I couldn't tell you but it wasn't more than 2 hours. Everything was good. They cleaned up all of their stuff and everything.

Warren Home Maintenance and Appliance Repair
He removed a "bumper" gasket that had come loose from the drum, but not before he tried to tell me I probably needed a new heating element. I told him the dryer was heating fine just making a noise, then tried to imply I would need a new belt, I told him the drum was turning fine. He left to go home to research on his computer my dryer model and returned. The bunched up rubber gasket was remove he put the dryer back together, left out three screws I found later.....then charged me a ridiculous labor charge and tried to charge me additionally for his usual service call fee. The offer was for a reduced service call, with a percentage of it to go towards any repairs if needed. This turned into a bit of a debate, with him arguing his position for nearly an hour. He did not seem to understand the deal he entered into with Angie's List! Then he was unable to take credit or debit, and had to return a couple of days later for cash. Mr. Warren is a nice man but he was not familiar with the terms of his own offer, did not seem versed on "newer" appliances and should be able to research from the job location and accept more forms of payment or make it clear in his listing that he only accepts cash or check.

Combs Service - Appliance Repair & Service
I can't say enough good about this company. They are a company with a heart and saved Christmas for me. It was Friday, two days before the holiday, and I was baking when I heard a sizzle and the stove went dead. I called Comb's. A very pleasant woman said she would see what she could do and would call back. It wasn't fifteen minutes later when she said someone could be there after 2:00. it was now 1:00 and at 3:00 a repairman was at my door. I was in total awe that I had my stove up and running again in two hours. The repairman said they would be working well into the evening getting everyone taken care of so I guess I wasn't the only one staring at a dead stove and wondering what I was going to do about Christmas dinner for an arriving family. Thank you so much Comb's. I am deeply greatful to you.
