Frank was punctual, professional & honest. My only complaint was after he figured out the projector worked it was just unplugged through my attic (which he attempted to try hook back up) still charged me $185.50. Thought that was a big number.

I had a great experience with Bobby Balsano.  He was professional at all times and followed up with me multiple times to make sure that my system was working properly.  I have referred him to my family and friends and everybody has had nothing but positive experiences with Mr. Balsano's work.  I would highly recommend him to anybody that is need of Television/AV services.  My three TV set up in my family room was complicated and Mr. Balsano was able to make my vision come to life.

I called on Monday morning for a price quote and they were able to come out the very same day.  Trevor was a few min late but no biggie.  He hung my 65-inch TV and hid wires behind the wall in my living room and also hung a 50-inch TV in the bedroom.  He was very professional and experienced, couldn't ask for a better installer.  He made sure the TV's were hung at the right height and also centered on the walls.  My only complaint is the price of the longer cords I needed to purchase since the wires were hidden in the wall.  Four cords cost $130, roughly 25% of the total cost (pre-tax).  I had planned to purchase my own in advance, but I chose to have him come and do the work asap.

They told me they are just electricians now and no longer perform those kind A/V services. I had to call back twice to get to speak with the routing person who ended up giving me that information. The person who answered the phone most likely could have looked up my account an informed me correctly. Regardless, I talked to Ashley and although very nice was virtually no help. I had to ask her for a referral, she never offered. Basically I was out of luck. Eric, my installer who was great and Wiremasters had 'parted company' and they never replaced that service!!! So what do home owners do who came to them in good faith do now?
Ashley could have offered to send someone out at a reduced rate and at least look at the electrical piece for me but they never offered to make things right. I told her that I didn't expect this from their team. I told her that I was going to deliver negative feedback on AL, so here is my follow through.
I spent nearly $3000,00 with them initially and they supplied all of the equipment as well. They could have cared less. She kept saying 'it's over 2 years' LOL. I guess that is an eternity to the COO who sounds like she is 12.

They are perfectionist. The owner of the company measured and leveled the TV and soundbar to a fraction of an inch to make sure it was properly mounted. Being that my current HDMI cables were not long enough, they provided 4 news ones which drove up the price of my job. None the less, they were still a few hundred dollars cheaper than Best Buy considering I would have had to bought all the equipment myself, including the HDMI wires and paid an extra fee for the mounting of the soundbar.  The job was done exceptionally well and the they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them for any and all audio/video and networking projects at home or at my place of business.

David from DOT electric came out to my house to hang a flatscreen in my sons room.  He also added an electrical outlet for the T.V. from the attic.
My son loves his new T.V. and is enjoying playing his XBOX!  David did a beautiful job!
David also upgraded an outside outlet by correcting the wiring and by putting in new pipes.  It looks so much more cleaner and operates perfectly now.  I will never let a handyman do any electrical work again in my house.  Only a electrician like David from now on. Thank you again David.

Everything from initial contact to the completion of the job was well coordinated and happened on time and on budget.  I received quotes from two other highly rated Angie's List contractors prior to choosing SC Electric.  Shawn was the most affordable and the most thorough.  I will definitely call SC Electric first for future work.

Responded quickly to my call. Came right out on a late Saturday afternoon. Fixed everything and connected all devise to a new receiver; i.e., XM Satellite Radio, VHS, Blu Ray, Cable, CD and Cassette player.

Trevor Beharrie the owner seemed very knowledgeable about what I wanted. I didn't want wall mounted speakers so Trevor suggested that I could buy directional ceiling mounted speakers which would sounded great.  Also I could supply the equipment or he could and I would get it at his price. Sounded great, so I asked to be sent an estimate. I received the estimate which was very nebulous about what kind of receiver I was getting or outside speakers and the inside speakers were proficient C640 which I found out later were NOT directional speakers. I called and questioned the estimate and asked what kind of receiver I was getting he said a Denon but didn't know maybe a E400 which I could get at best buy for $500 not the $700 he quoted. He said I could get the receiver and he would install it. After more research on the proficient C640 which I found out later were NOT directional speakers I decided to supply most of the equipment and have Trevor install it which is what he suggested when we first met. The cost for installation was $800 which was a fair price.  After I informed him I would get the speakers and receiver he stopped returning my calls.  So much for "at his cost" could not even bet Best Buy.  VERY vague invoice, guess Trevor is not use to people doing research on his prices just wants you to write a blank check. Pays to do your homework, be careful with his estimates know what you are paying for and getting maybe different.

It want very well.   Jim was very professional, polite and knew his job well.  He was very meticulous and cleaned up after himself.  His price was very fair.  He was very honest in answering question about additional speakers and systems I would need (or not need!).  I will definitely use his services again.
