  • I had a fender bender. They did a good job painting it. They can't seem to put it on without huge gaps and misalignments. It looks bad from up close. I rated the price as an F because the gap on the corners of the bumper keep getting bigger and I feel like I got robbed.

  • The radiator flush was priced separately so that was $99. They happened to have a new customer service representative at the front desk. That day I had a hard time inputting the service request. Later she had a hard time printing out the receipts, and warranty. She was nice she was just a little flustered getting through the process.

  • They were prompt, honest and very reasonable. They could have easily replaced the whole system and charged us for it and we wouldn't have know any better. My daughter is off at college and knows little about automotive repair so they did a great thing not taking advantage of her. I would give an A+ if I could.

  • Then the car just stopped working. We found out 1 of the caps was broken, which can only break if someone worked on the engine. It cost us 1k to fix the broken part, buy 4 new tires and the brakes didn't need to be repaired. The car runs like,it did when we bought it 8 years ago. I don't recommend going there because not every mechanic knows what to do. Beware of this place.

  • Spoke with them explaining what services I was interested in. They were at another client and assured me they would call me back to set up appointment by end of day or 1st thing the following morning. I never received a call back.

  • Sales manager refused to honor quote from True Car buying service. He created an uncomfortable experience and environment Sales manager had us apply for a factory rebate and refused to use it for reducing the agreed upon price. Transaction took all day. Much drama and theatrics. All other aspects such as delivery, and service questions were handled nicely. Beautiful facility. Sales people are not empowered to make many decisions. It was all up to Sales Manager. Kept us sitting for long periods of time. Very disheartened by my experience, although I love the car. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Cannot recommend the sales experience at Rick Case VW.

  • It went excellent. Jamie & Mary Ann showed up on time & went to work immediately. Very clean & neat work. They are both very professional & went over every detail & explained the warranty in full. If you are looking to have your windows tinted, believe me, you will want this company to install in your home. I give them a AAA rating & will definitely use them again.

  • It was so easy. We dealt with Ely at United Transport, and were able to schedule the pick up for the next day. Fred, the driver from Dicky Transport, was very professional. He picked up the car on time and delivered it exactly when he said he would and in perfect condition. United Transport even gave us a $100 credit for using Angie's list.

  • It was fine. It was easy. The car dealer was very nice. He made everything very easy. First I had to go to a Honda dealer to get another Accord but they didn't meet my price. They weren't very cooperative so I went to the next dealer down the street. They were much more cooperative. I like better dealing with them than the people at the other dealership.

  • We didn't appreciate that they have hidden fees. We had a diagnostic done for which we agreed to pay $120. The estimate I signed said “$120 - the shop may not exceed this amount without my written or oral approval.” Then they added a hidden fee making my total bill almost $150. Considering that we didn't get any repairs done, aka our car is still in the same condition as it was before, we felt like we were being overcharged and it was deceptive for them to not include the miscellaneous fee in our estimate. When we called to talk to them about it, they ignored our calls. When we finally talked to the manager, he was rude and refused to refund the miscellaneous charge.
