AWFUL. I called Capital. Serviceman came out to see what problem was and stated had to order the part. Paid the service call. Over week later still no word and finally part came in. Serviceman back out and replaced part. TOTAL $145.00. Now, the refrigerator not getting very cold, so kept bumping up temp and waiting 24 hours like he said. Called Capital back and said something very wrong as not cooling very good. Finally called me and said will order part. Another 6 days later no word again then called and said will be out in few days. (Called Thursday said could come Monday which would have been 10 days since call to say not fixed). I told them unacceptable - food now SPOILED and wanted them that day. Came same day. Wanted to charge me additional $299.00+. Told him was not paying and wanted payment for food loss. Blamed manufacturer but he was to blame. Said had to recoup food from manufacturer as Capital was now out money because couldn't return part. I said if defective as he claims, they would credit him. Leave part so I can get credit for my food. Of course he took the part with him and said to get credit on account (after he told me could not get credit and out money). He made EVERY excuse he could from sick relative to elderly receptionist but no responsibility for his error the first time. I agreed to pay the difference between 1st part and 2nd part but expected some discount for my food loss. NOTHING.

Not good at all!! The hired REPAIRMEN DID A GOOD JOB!! I canceled all with SEARS after i opened a Plan that they canceled the next day, SEARS still owe me for the money ($470.00+). A local clerk must have somehow ended up with the money we paid for a five year contract that someone besides us canceled the next day. We are still trying to get our money back! I will never deal with them again. They are on my BLACK LIST-Just SEARS!

I used Midway because I needed work done on my home that required a plumber and electrician to work together and I thought coordinating them would be easier - it was. David, the plumber, was the best. Not only extremely knowledgeable, but a great guy also. The same can be said about Joe the electrician. Midway is a little more expensive than some other companies, but their customer service makes up for it in my opinion. They always answer the phone and seem sincere in trying to keep a happy customer.

We had a grill that was in dire need of a cleaning. We called Zach at Bay Area Grill Cleaner, and he was able to accommodate our schedule. He arrived on time, and, after explaining the process, immediately went to work. Zach works efficiently, but is very meticulous. Our grill looks new again and no more unwanted flare-ups! We will definitely use him again.

Bill the service man was here promptly and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He ordered the part and got back to me within 24 hours. He was very accomodating when trying to set up time for the repair to be done once the part was received. He got the part with 2-3 days and appt was set to finish the job. He was here at the time we agreed upon and finished the work within 30 minutes.. Excellent customer service and workmanmanship!

    MISTAKE No 1:
I agreed to purchase RB Wiring's recommended antenna even though I had already purchased one as he preferred his to the one purchased.  The installation was completed with scraps of wood he found in my yard and was not done professionally! I can only assume the wiring in the attic was completed satisfactorily as I am unable to get up there and check it myself.  He adjusted the antenna so that we received most channels but not all!  The signal strength of many of the channels received were borderline.  None of the signals were strong.  The same evening some of the basic channels pixilated so badly they were not watchable.  To make a long story short he has begrudgingly returned several times to adjust the antenna. However each time the watchability continued to degrade and he eventually said that he made no guarantee despite stating that he would be happy to come back as may be required  On one later visit and with my prodding he elevated the antenna 4 feet which helped but not very much.  The re-installation of the elevated antenna was askew and jerry-rigged with the cables hanging loosely and not secured.  As it is said 'A picture is worth a thousand words' and I do have a picture.
I have since had a reputable contractor install a new antenna which is:
    1)  Less expensive  2) Not elevated  3)  Not amplified - Receives over a dozen more watchable/not pixilated channels   4)  No further further service or adjustments have been required!
I knew this was possible as I used to live less than a mile away where 5 years ago where I purchased an antenna which after one simple installation delivered quality TV reception and is still doing the same.  Unfortunately, the company I used then no longer exists as the owner/operator has retired.
    MISTAKE No 2
We called RB Wiring and requested that he pick-up his antenna and refund our money for only the antenna and not his labor which he agreed to do.  However, to make matters worse for himself, RB Wiring has after telling us he was on his way to pick-up the antenna on three different occasions, failed to arrive for any of his appointments or has he attempted to contact us.  NOT REALLY A SURPRISE!

Water was accumulating in the food compartment of our refrigerator. We called Paul Long because of reviews on Angie's List. They responded immediately and a repairman came the same day. The repairman was professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain in the freezer. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use this company in the future.

Ihave an older Bosch wall oven. The springs on the hinges were worn. I procured the parts from an outside source. The gentlemen from Mr. Appliance was prompt, polite, and appeared quite knowledgeable. After discussing the repair, I assumed that this was a complicated but straightforward repair. I was quoted a price of $288.00. We agreed to the price and 20 minutes later he was done.
The repair was at most 20 minutes. It became immediately obvious that this was not as complicated a repair. I am happy with the repair but I think I grossly overpaid ($600 bucks an hour with parts supplied by me).
I reached out to customer service and while polite didnt give me an acceptable reason why the repair was so expensive.
    Caveat Emptor.
