RUN! DO NOT GO HERE! My primary doctor sent me here. They needed my medical records but would not fax the request to my primary. After asking them to fax the request THREE times to no avail, I had to drop what I was doing, get in my car, drive to my primary and get the records myself. After I was seen here, I was told I needed a biopsy and the hospital would call me to make an appointment. They said, "If the hospital doesn't call you in a week to schedule an appointment, call us." I never received a hospital call, Once again, I dropped what I was doing and I called Pasadena ENT twice and emailed them once. Apparently you have to do their job for them. STILL NO RESPONSE! Finally I called the hospital myself to schedule the biopsy, they we scratching their head as to why I was news to them. When I do get my biopsy I demand the results go to my primary, I never, ever want to deal with this incompetent office again. You have been warned. Do not go here

It was a horrible experience. He uses what's called expanders. They use expanders to stretch your skin on the side that you had your breast removed. They stretch the skin so they can put an implant in there. He did such a bad job. He was supposed to give me a breast lift on the other side to match that. I told him to put in a small implant on the left to match the height. In other words, I have one perky boob and one non-perky. They're not symmetrical. By law, a woman who has cancer, can go and get a reconstruction done for free and any trouble afterwards is free and to give her symmetry. The staff was terrible. He likes himself a lot. He has a pretty good bedside manner because he likes himself.

I have been seeing the doctor for about 9 years. He is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. He is very skilled and up to date in his field. He is a wonderful guy. The staff is on top of everything and know what they are doing. They are very efficient and get you in an out. They are very nice and make scheduling very easy.

Anybody in his office is wonderful. He's the doctor that you can call in the middle of the night. His staff is very fantastic and very compassionate. They're all so nice there. It's just unbelievable. I would use him again in the future.

He's excellent. He's always provided excellent service. He went over and above, to make sure I felt better. He didn't even charge me for it, because I ended up waiting a little longer than he'd like for me to wait. He gives good personal service. If he has a wait, he tries to make up for that. He typically doesn't have that long of a wait, but he had a couple of people come in, in an emergency. Beth is very attentive.

The appointment went very well. The doctor happened to be running a little behind that day, but it didn't matter, so was I. She was bright, cheery, knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful! She is not one of those doctors who is old and stuck in their ways with old medicine and practices. Once I got back into the office, she was very thorough, helpful and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend her!

I did not have to wait long and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be returning! His office staff was friendly and he was very funny and down-to-Earth.

    Strickland, Dr. Joseph H
I went in because I was having problems with pain in the ball of my foot.  This was not the first time that this has happened but he was the first and only podiatrist that told me what the real problem was: an irregular transverse arch.  THen he recommended putting some felt pads in my shoes to help cushion the ball of my foot.  No hard sell to buy expensive orthotics.  This guy is not a cut and sell podiatrist.  I would not go to anyone else.

We have lived in the St. Petersburg for over 40 years, and we had a primary care physician that, when he retired, we thought we could never replace.  Well, we are glad to report that WE HAVE, and then some.  Dr. Eichenbaum will take time and LISTEN (and how many of us have had physicians that we might as well could be talking to the wall when we are speaking about a concern??)  to your medical questions, and will not only advise, but will act on your concerns as necessary.  Dr. Eichenbaum is knowledgeable, considerate, attentive, compassionate, caring, and will act when he feels that it is in our best medical interests (I know,--a lot of adjectives, but there are more...)HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

    Moss, Dr. Stephen L
He was very knowledgeable. When he finished, he asked if he had explained everything well. He was very slow and deliberate. He didn't make me feel like he was on the doorknob to see another patient. He is competent.
