    This is going to seem like a strange review of services but I feel I must comment on the absolute professionalism and excellent customer service provided by Paul Etheridge and Service Experts. Paul was not able to clean our floors because of condominium restrictions and the distance from the cleaning equipment to our condo. However, he made a referral to Inside Homes where we received the same professionalism and customer service provided by Paul. The staff was so appreciative of Paul's referral and not at all surprised that he would do so. I can only imagine that had we been fortunate enough to have Paul clean our floors, out experience would have continued to be stellar. Thank you Paul for taking the time to exemplify the best in customer service, a lost art these days.

    They did relatively well. Original date of service started last summer of 2016. There is a small area that was missed. I have made three phone calls. Twice I left a voice mail and they failed to call back. On Monday, June 19, 2017, I placed the third call. Barbara picked up and said she would call me back. It is now Thursday. - nothing. I have a small job left and obviously, they do not have the time of day for me. This is unprofessional and irresponsible. Their lack of responsiveness is a clear indication of how they care for their customers. They were sure responsive when they asked for their check. They came to my condo to pick it up. Just rude, inconsiderate, and indicative of customer service.

    Excellent. Al is a meticulous professional and charges a very fair price3 for a high quality experience and superior work. Al is highly skilled at his trade and is very committed to doing the best job possible. He was very responsive and professional. He took the time to explain in understandable terms what he was going to do and why. Already him scheduled for a tile cleaning job. Highly recommend.

    When I called Paul, he explained his process and what I should expect. He showed up promptly as scheduled. His equipment was clean and he took care to put up corner guards so that his equipment did not rub wall corners as he moved his equipment throughout the house. He used a fan in each room as he completed cleaning to assist in the drying. He was fast, professional and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to call Paul at Surface Experts again for any cleaning of carpets, tile, grout, etc.

    Was happy from the start when they did not cringe at seeing the current state of our carpet. It took longer than expected but they stayed until it was done at the original cost. They adjusted their ingredients to my wife's allergies and cleaned up nicely when they were done. Will use them to clean the rest of the house soon.

    I called to ask about having an old wool area rug cleaned. Ali told me what he would do and set an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, told me what he would do, and that if I was not completely happy there would be no charge. Less than an hour later the area rug was as clean as new! Ali did exactly what he said he would do and did so in a bit less time than he said it might take. Will DEFINITELY call again if I need any rugs, carpet, couches, chairs, etc. cleaned.

    This was one of the best calls I've made in some time.  The office is very professional setting up an appointment to inspect what we needed.  Rep came out and walked through our list of grout issues and then pointed out additional areas we were unaware of which could lead to a mold hazard.  We sat down and Randy who prepared the quote in menu fashion.... you could pick and choose what you wanted to proceed with immediately or put off for you next round of maintenance.  I can tell you Groutworks does a whole lot more than GROUT.  We had grout repaired in 2 bathrooms, cleaned and sealed.  We had 1980's tile deep cleaned, regrouted and sealed... including a last minute change of grout color.  Then we had the entire 1300+ sq ft condo of old carpeting cleaned.... it looks new and having respiratory issues I feel it made a huge difference removing allergens.  I've had the $99 room specials on this carpeting.... this clean is WAY CLEAN.  We had a callback to tough up an area of grout after it dried and it was handled promptly and efficiently.  Prepare for some noise from the extractor and prepare for a really deep clean.  Thanks!!!

    The cleaning crew, Adrian and Sandy were very pleasant and efficient. My carpet looked great. The next day, after drying over night, I noticed three stains left on my dining room carpet. I called the office and a very pleasant lady scheduled Adrian to come back out a few days later. Adrien came back when scheduled and was able to treat and remove the stains. I will use this company in the future.

    Couldn't have gone better.  Ann and her crew showed up right on time and went right to work.  The attention to deal was incredible and the results were terrific.  When it was all done, Ann wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the results and indicated that if I wasn't happy, she'd make sure that I was.  Didn't need to worry about that---  World Class Services are first class!

    Tinney is the cable company of rug cleaners in my mind. I used them repeatedly for irreplaceable oriental rugs that my dog decided to start p****** on because they seem to know what they are doing. But dealing with them isn't that pleasant and if i had another choice I would make it.  If you drop off the rugs it's OK. Not too friendly but making friends at the rug cleaners isn't my thing anyway. But if you have to have something picked up, they are completely unrelenting in their pick up delivery service so i'd strongly advise against it unless you have a lot of time on your hands which I don't.   If you can't accomodate a date/time that they give you (and they don't even give you at time until the day they are showing up,  mind you) they give you another date that is THREE WEEKS away. If you don't like it they tell you you can pick it up yourself. If you can't do that because you're a single woman and the rug is too heavy as is the table that has to go back on top of it, they tell you they are just the delivery driver and they can't do anything about the schedule (that they put together) and don't you have any friends that could help?  Now....if i had people that could help me move a 100 lb glass table top and a truck that will fit a 12 foot rug,  I would have dropped the rug off in the first place instead of sitting home from work for two days, now wouldn't I? But i don't so I paid what i thought were professionals to do it. So aside from crappy service you get to feel badly about your personal situation for no extra charge. No..sigh...i don't have any friends that can help. :( 
    Bottom Line: Go ahead and use them. They won't screw up your stuff. But don't expect to be accommodated by them. They pick up rugs. Anything else, they make it clear that it's a lot of trouble.  But they've been around a long time proving that technology exceeds customer service - just like the cable company.
