    The Retino Co.
The Retino company did a major renovation on our apartment in Palm Beach. We did a luxury renovation in a 3200 square-foot apartment and finished it in the six months that we are allowed to work. Great job We read did a luxury 3200 square-foot apartment in the six months

Superbly! The jobs were estimated properly, priced fairly and the work was done to our specifications. Jess Pitts, the owner of the company and Chip Weaver, his designer/salesman, were a pleasure to deal with, throughout the process. Their integrity and follow through was greatly appreciated, as was their attention to details.

With. He is a good problem solver along with providing great suggestions. He worked very well with all the suppliers we used. We have have had him do more jobs after the cabana and will in the future. We love the space he created and Have no regrets. He was also in constant contact with us sharing photos of materials and ideas thru text messaging if we were unavailable to be on sit.

    All County Contractors Inc
The project included demolition of the old kitchen including removal of the old cabinets, appliances, ceiling and floor and the installation of new kitchen based on architect's plans detailing the new layout. The project was led by an architect who was on the company payroll and was mainly executed by a team of two contractors who demolished old kitchen, put new floor, walls and ceiling, did required plumbing and painting and installed the new appliances and the cabinets. A licensed electrician did all electric work including rewiring and installing the new light fixtures. An A/C guy helped rerouting an A/C duct. A granite company installed the countertop. All County offered a poor selection of cabinets and the architect's rendering of the new layout was poor quality. We used our own architect's rendering of the new layout and provided the cabinets. In addition, we provided the tiles, light and plumbing fixtures and appliances making partial use of a list of providers that All County provided. During the demolition phase all went without a glitch. Workers showed up on time and worked full days until they finished. Then there were some instances of poor coordination when either nobody showed up for work or they showed up late or everybody (electrician, A/C guy and the general contractor team) showed up at the same time stepping on each other's toes. Our presence all through the project to catch issues in infancy did make a difference to the better although we were discouraged from being in residence during the project. The one area where we were very unhappy was the granite work provided by the European Granite and Stone company. In spite of the few almost inevitable hick-ups my overall rating of All County is still very favorable and I would have no hesitation to recommend them to other people. .

    Island Construction And Design
In our opinion: Contractor did not provide adequate project management and in fact turned the project management over to a just out of college employee and then did not meet with us for several months; Contractor did a bad job of estimating the cost of components of the project, and the time it would take to complete the project; Contractor made numerous mistakes many of which have not been corrected; Contractor showed very poor attention to detail.
This Contractor apparently has satisfied customers in our area, and we saw one example of apparently very good work that he performed. For us, again in our opinion, he was unprofessional and incompetent.
We strongly recommend this contractor be engaged only pursuant to a clear written contract.

    DESIGNER HOMES CONSTRUCTION
We are so pleased with the results of our new apartment. After our initial meeting with Tomer Cohen, we concluded that we could return to our home in NJ. Except for a few trips back and forth over the 5 month period to select materials, he walked me through the project via phone calls, emails and pictures.

He was very detailed, patient, and conscientious. He would discuss options with us when there were any questions about the installation and/or other costs involved with the project. He delivered on everything that he said he would.

The whole job went smooth, they showed up the date that they said and finished on schedule. There were some unforeseen issues in the walls but they let me know and took care of the issue right away. I meet with the owner, Nick at the supply store and he was patient with me and very accommodating. His crew was really nice and clean. they put protection over everything and even had a cleaning crew come in after he was done and that was nice, they really made this experience as painless as possible.

Servpro Of NPB County - Lake Worth-Boynton
It was horrific. I had a water leak from my refrigerator while I was away and the  property manager called in Servpro.  They came and began clean-up but required a contract before they would begin.  Since I wasn't there and I had a water problem, I complied. The contract had a date commitment of 15 days paid in total which was okay at the time.  I was not given any estimate at the time that I signed the contract because it was a time sensitive issue (my water had to be turned off).  It turned out that my insurance had lapsed and it wasn't covered. I told them that it would take a little more time to pay them off and they said that was unacceptable....They had charged me $3,000.00 for sweeping up one 8x8 room and bringing in five fans.  I was blown away by the expense and told them to leave the condo immediately which they did.  I sent them a check the first month, but they refused to cash it because it wasn't the total amount. The following month I sent them another check but by that time they had hired a lawyer to come after me with papers...Long story short, even after I pleaded with them to accept some sort of monthly payment they refused.  The lawyer charged me another $3,000.00, so my total cost for a three day clean-up was over $6,000.00.  I could have replaced the entire condo with new flooring for that.  The judge ruled against me because I had signed the contract.  The company sent five people to testify against me the day of the trial, the dim witted property manager, the woman who I spoke to the night of the call, two technicians and the owner of Servpro, Mitchell Rubin.  Because I live in Palm Beach, I believe that I was discriminated against.  I had a great deal of trouble coming up with the money for the expense and I have my condo on the market now.  I cannot afford to live here because of this incident. Please relay my story and stay away from Servpro of Lake Worth/ Boynton Beach, they are dreadful people to do business with.

    Best Restorations, Inc
They did fine.  They did a good job.  They met my expectations and got everything done.  My insurance paid the whole thing and I didn't really shop around on that.  The quality was fine.

    Ferazzoli Mario & Son Inc
The quality of the work is superb. After seeing some other renovations done around here, there is no comparison to the quality of work. I am absolutely amazed with what they were able to do. There was always a supervisor on site, who happened to be Steve. I was also assigned someone in the office that I could talk to whenever I had any questions. I dealt with Sandy, who was absolutely wonderful. I asked her to make some decisions because I was out of state and not able to be there. They made beautiful decisions, I was very pleased. Everything turned out beautifully and I am so lucky I found them. They took no short cuts even though I wasn't there to oversee any of the work. They are a family business and well received in the community. They were first class all the way and I am very happy.
