My husband had an initial meet and greet with the doctor where she explained her practice and the concierge service provided by her office. He subsequently had a complete physical and signed an annual contract with the doctor's service. Dr. Mason provides 24/7 on call service and same day or next day appointments, along with full e-mail support.

Dr. Derhagopian is the best doctor in South Florida for breast issues.  He is #1 in every respect. Only negative is the wait-time for an appointment but when I remind myself how many lives he is saving, the wait-time is overlooked.
Dr.D is a wonderful human being and an outstanding medical professional.  You will love and trust him as do all his patients!

I had used Raben as my provider for a while, but went in for urgent reasons one day, as I had a sinus infection. Her physician's assistant insisted I did not, even though this was an ongoing issue and I was well aware of the symptoms. I was having trouble standing up and walking because I was dizzy, but they still would not evaluate, not even an x-ray. I was so upset I was in tears. At that point, as I was checking out, Dr. Raben herself, who to this point could not be bothered to see me as a patient that day, proceeded to chew me out in the hallway, no less, in front of other people, talking about my health care (in front of other patients!), and telling me that I had no right to get upset with her staff. I was so shocked I simply said I'm sorry to have bothered you with my healthcare, got a copy of my records, and left.
Three days later I had to be hospitalized with an acute infection that made its way to my inner ear. I ended up staying there for 24 hours. All of which could have been avoided if they had simply taken the time to evaluate the patient. I would not even take my dog to this doctor.

It's a full comprehensive wellness. They have liked a huge waiver and huge three way room; they have an indoor running track and indoor swimming pool and exclusive sauna. You can have cooking lesson there. You can get a trainer and workout schedule on them. You can get lower membership and pay for classes as individual or get a comprehensive package. The staffs were all student center engaged. The physical trainer specializes and works on medicine.

He is a wonderful, wonderful doctor! He is very honest. He's excellent! I like the way he talks, he takes his time, he explains things, and he doesn't rush you. He's just wonderful. The office and staff are very nice.

I broke my toe three months ago. It takes a long time to heal. Dr. Beiser took great care to make sure I came back every week for ultrasonic and water therapy. He also took periodic x-rays to check on the healing process. I would definitely recommend him for any foot related problems or fractures.

The first time I went to Dr. Mones was on a Saturday. It was hard to find any care that day, apart from expensive hospital emergency rooms, but he was available. He made a good impression on me. I was just there for a throat culture to make sure I didn't have strep, but he took the time to talk to me about my general habits and well-being. Unlike other doctors I have used, he did not try to load me up with tests and prescriptions and ridiculous lifestyle changes. He treated the issue, gave me sound advice, and that was about it.
I had another visit yesterday. Night before last, I realized I had a kidney stone (my fourth). I could not get an appointment with my urologist, and then I remembered Dr. Mones. I was able to walk in with no appointment. The wait was fairly long, but I usually have to wait a long time when doctors give me appointments, so what's the difference?
A staffer examined me, and after she consulted with Dr. Mones, I was provided with prescriptions for an antibiotic and a painkiller. I am going back today for an ultrasound and a consultation.
In 2003, I went to the ER at South Miami Hospital for the same thing. I ended up spending about $7000 (no insurance). They gave me a totally unnecessary MRI which cost thousands of dollars. They put me on Dilaudid, and I spent the night on a gurney. In the morning, they sent me home, on a Saturday, with a tiny painkiller prescription and instructions to see my urologist. All I really needed was enough Percocet to keep me alive until Monday, and they did not come through. I had to scrounge pills from a relative to quiet the severe pain.
Dr. Mones does not go this route. He does not try to squeeze your life savings out of you every time you see him. I am insured now, and he could get away with doing just about anything, but he has not taken advantage of me.
He has a good conversational manner, and he does not seem to have much patience with crap. His staff is courteous. The office is clean. He handles a wide range of illnesses and conditions. My policy is to look to him first whenever I have a problem.
I gave him an A for Billing and Administration, but in reality, I have no idea how to grade these things.

It went very well, as it usually does with Dr. Mendia.  He has been my doctor for over 15 years and has an excellent bedside manner.  He takes the time to talk to his patients and encourages questions.  Dr. Mendia is professional and caring--very rarely found today. Drs. De leon and Fidalgo are also wonderful doctors--I saw them on rotation when I was pregnant.

Instead of advice from the doctor or a nurse, I was referred to an office staff member who pushed a
vitamin line called Xymogen, even though I explained that I do not have
enough stomach HCL to digest tablets. The entire Xymogen line has only
tablets, which go thru my system undigested. I see the tablets in my
    stool.
There was no medical counseling about hormone replacement
options, blood testing of Vitamin D or calcium testing. Nothing
medical. I felt Dr. Villa was running a vitamin business. She handed
me over to her vitamin technician, who had an Associates degree from the
local community college - she was not even a nurse - for help with my
    osteoporosis and insomnia.
I do not go back there!!

My doctor is one of the top ones at Arrhythmia Management Institute. He's an electro-cardio physiologist and I've been with him for 6 or 7 years. His office staff is probably the worst and I'd rather change doctors than deal with his staff. They can't seem to get anything done and would chase a lot of people from the doctor.
