Countertop Installation reviews in Singer Island

From start to finish, I was impressed with the service I received. Upon contacting them, my estimate was scheduled promptly, I was given a fair price and the work was completed with expert precision. I have no regrets in using this company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs similar work done on their home and I look forward to using them for other work we plan to have completed in the future.

This business has grown rapidly since I originally started using them in 2013. In the beginning the owner sat at the counter in the showroom and dealt directly with customers as they came in. This business hires subcontrators to do all their work. The plumbing company they use has a rude plumber who worked on our master. He didn't like the faucets he had to install and left my job with a turn off valve under the sink that could not be operated because it bumped into the cabinet , so never could be turned off and one sink's stopper does not seal properly to hold the water in the sink. Mostly the work that was done in each case was acceptable to us and for the most part was done in a timely manner. The drawback in using Celtic is that this business does not offer any type of warranty on their work. So a mere 60 days after completing the most recent renovation, the guest bath, we encountered a bad leak. Since it was a guest bath it went undetected for 4 days. A call to Cliff Webber, the owner was met with " I'm on vacation with my family, just because you spring a leak months after we finish your job doesn't mean we are responsible". ( a direct quote). While we can understand that the call we made to Cliff was a surprise to him since he was on vacation ( which we only reached out to him as a last resort ,since he had given us his cell number and the main office was shut with no way to get a hold of anyone, and we didn't know the name of the plumbing company he used). Also it should be noted that more than once we apologized to Cliff for interrupting his vacation. WE also assumed incorrectly that as a business owner he would want to work with us, a long time client , to resolve any issue we had in the first 90 days at least. In our opinion since the work had been completed well within a 90 day period ( 60 days) it seemed reasonable to us to call his company. As it turns out the water leak stained the base cabinet and leaked onto the floor seeping into the newly installed base board, warped it so that it has to be thrown out and a new baseboard needs to be installed. When the emergency plumber came out ( the installing plumber did not respond to calls from the owner), he stated the valves were so loose that he was surprised the leak didn't have more force and damage. In our opinion Cliff Weber had the opportunity to DO THE RIGHT THING, or at the very least be polite. He not only didn't take ANY responsibility, although he did put in a call to his plumber , he was indignant that I called him. Well we had guests using that bath for the weekend and we were indignant Cliff Weber's subcontractor did a poor job tightening the valves and didn't call us back in a timely manner causing us to use a different plumber. While it very well may not have seemed to have been Celtic Tile's responsibility at the outset, the preponderance of the evidence ( confirmed by an outside plumber, no rocket science plumbing theories needed) showed it was Celtic Tile's responsibility.

English is probably not the first language of any of the staff.  Perhaps as a result, there was some confusion about the requested date.  When I called after the missed install state they worked hard to fit me in as soon as possible the next week.  As I had other projects going on at same time, not a bid deal.
Installation crew did a very neat, efficient job.
We shopped remnants to save money, which required visiting a number of shops to survey remanant stock.  Israel's price was very competitive.  There is another tile and marble shop in front of the same complex (Stone Gallery?) which had slightly better pricing but didn't have a piece of granite we liked as much.  Several other vendors we talked with were 50% to 100% (latter didn't do own fabrication) higher..
This is my first experience with granite and I was disapponted d by how many fissure cracks were in the delivered project.  I assume they can be hidden with a surface sealer.   I would consider a quartz composite counter top the next time, though they are more expensive..

Fantastic. Sinks had been done years ago and very disappointed. All Marble did them and they shine, sparkle and look brand new. I'm guessing this marble is about 32 years old and I never thought it could possibly look so good again. The work took 2 days and the men were very considerate and polite. They moved all the furniture and cleaned everything up after themselves promptly Have spread All Marbles name to all my neighbors in the building.

I asked George Loukas to come to my home to provide an idea and start working on an estimate.  i had a general idea of what design i wanted but George was terrific in helping to design the removal of walls, size of counters, appliance placement, cabinet style, etc.  I spent many hours at his showroom fine tuning the design and picking out counters, cabinets, colors, tile, etc.
George was patient and his team was professional, did great work, cleaned up and was prompt.
    My new kitchen is fabulous.

First was the salesman, who promised me the moon and quoted me a price.  Then the company came and did a measurement. then the salesman came back and took the last order and then changed the price.  Claims he left out the price of the counter. I should have stopped then and there, but I was excited about my new kitchen, so I said yes. Now i specified that I wanted a counter with no seams.  I am not an expert or I would have specified that I wanted a premolded counter, that I learned later was the style I prefered. The salesman never explained that to me.  He kept telling me "Yes you will love it."  He also told me that the whole job would be done in 7 days.  Well the job started on time, but each trip from the builder was a mess.  He was very good, however measurements were wrong, or they gave him the wrong parts in the morning.  Many, many holdups. When he started with the counter, I almost died when i saw it.  It was not what I wanted, but it was pretty.  Also I was promised a pull out drawer for under my sink, which later we found out was impossible.  I asked the company if that would reduce my final price and was told "no".  I am still very unhappy.
