    Better Pools By Caleb
Caleb has been cleaning my pool every week, year round, for nine years. He does great work. My pool is clean and balanced. He knows what he is doing. The cost for my pool is $125.00 per month. He provides the chemicals so I don't even have to bother with that stuff. If you don't want to clean your pool, then you want him to. You need to call him.

    Bright Blue Pool INC
I would highly recommend Curtis Nelson’s company -- Bright Blue Pools -- to anyone looking for a reputable and dependable pool re-surfacing company. Curtis’s crew is professional and operates like a well-oiled machine. Their efficiency is beyond words. How fortunate we were that Bright Blue had an unexpected schedule opening and Curtis Nelson was incredibly accommodating to the point of changing what were fixed personnel allocations at 3PM in the afternoon on Tuesday to directing them to our pool by 5PM to start pumping out our 52,000 gallon community pool. 60 hours later, our pool was re-plastered with new tiles -- every miniscule detail was accomplished – and the pool was already 2/3 refilled!!! It doesn’t get any better than that, y’all!

Tom's Pool Services of NW FL, Inc.
I hate to resort to this, but have no other option since Tom's Pool Services will not respond to my multiple voicemails. I contacted Tom's to handle repairs for a listing under contract. The pool pump was not functioning, and the pool light was out. I asked them and another pool service for a quote on the work, as is the usual practice in a real estate transaction. Communication with them was difficult from the beginning. They sent someone out to the house, and when I followed up to obtain the quote, they advised that they had already repaired the pool pump, when I had not authorized them to do so. Later on down the line, they advised the buyers that they would not have repaired the pump but replaced it instead because it was so old, information they never advised me in the first place, since they had just gone ahead and fixed it without my authorization. This caused an major conflict in the transaction, but that's another story. Tom's Pool Service had advised that since there might be more wrong with the pool light than a burned-out bulb, they would need to drain the pool to below the light, and refill it, which takes a bit of time. I gave them the go-ahead to drain and fix whatever was wrong. Then followed two weeks trying to get them to go back out and repair the pool light. Every time I called, they complained about the amount of time it would take "doing nothing" while they had to drain the pool. Closing date was coming up and I began to call every day. Just as is happening now, I left voicemails that were never returned. When someone at the store actually answered the call, they were never sure when the repair might be done, but knew enough to complain (again) about the time involved to drain the pool. Finally they made it to the house and repaired the pool light. Then it was like pulling teeth to get an invoice from them, which the buyers required as proof the work had been done. My husband actually had to drive down to Navarre and wait more than an hour, advising Tom's Pool Service he would not leave until he had the invoice. They kept trying to put him off, but finally gave him an invoice when they realized he was not going to leave. I went to the house before closing and tested the light, which worked. The transaction closed. But wait, that's not the end. Last week the new owners called me to advise that the pool light was out again. When they called Tom's Pool Service, they were told that only the bulb had been replaced, but that there was corrosion and leakage that needs repair. WHAT?!? Tom's Pool Service had advised me that they needed to drain the pool in order to determine whether it was more than a burned out bulb, yet once they did this, they simply replaced the bulb and nothing else? They said nothing about it, and charged the seller $300, to boot? Here we were, thinking they had actually made the necessary repairs, when instead they charged top dollar for a slipshod job and said nothing to anyone until the new owners called them, at which point they blamed it on us, claiming they had advised us of the issue. They did, early on, when they said they needed to drain the pool to make sure it was properly repaired, and we told them to make the repairs, which ultimately they did not do Tom's Pool Service owes the new owners a proper repair of the pool light at no charge. NEVER will I use Tom's Pool Service ever again.

    Helmer Pools
Eric did not finish our pool nor will he answer our calls. We were fools to pay him when he committed to coming back and completing three items that were not finished. Eric said he had to do something on another pool down the street and would come back. He now won’t answer our calls and if we happen to reach him from a number he doesn’t know, he tells us some excuse and says he’ll come by the end of the week. This was in March and we are still trying to get our pool finished in June. I would never recommend him and have never worked with a company that refuses to finish the job that we paid full in. Don’t not hire him!

    Pooltech Services Inc.
Has done our service for years until we put the gate back up after the hurricane. We left the gate cracked so he could get in every week on Monday as that is the day he was supposed to come. Pool did not get serviced several weeks and I was finally called back and very rudely told by this man that his guy had been there and the gate wasn’t open. When I explained I had personally left the gate open proceeded to instructed me on how I should fix my gate and I couldn’t do it he would come out and do it. Worst customer service I’ve ever had and will definitely be finding another pool service. Feel sorry for Kelly the one who actually did the work...he was very good. I could have worked with him on the gate situation but not after I was talked to in that manner by his supervisor/owner/?? HORRIBLE PERSON!

    Bright Blue Pool INC
A neighbor recommended Bright Blue Pools to us for resurfacing our pool and let me tell you Curtis and his crew did not disappoint. I highly recommend Bright Blue Pools, Curtis kept me informed of exactly what and when it would happen. They arrived on the set date early in the morning and immediately started to work, never once did they slow down until the job was complete. This crew worked so well together, it was if they automatically knew what the rest of the crew was doing, it was amazing to watch. They finished my pool on the same day and did an absolutely beautiful job. I can not say enough good things about Curtis and his company.

    850 Pools of Bay County
The repair went just fine, however, he did not let me know when he arrived on my property and I did not know he was here until he was finished. He decided to take the FULL roll of Gorilla tape that was taped to a pipe (a jury rigged) with him when he left. He left the pipe on the ground and took the tape. I asked him where was my tape and he said, "In the truck". However, he never returned it to me. When I asked later on he said he had put it in the box with the old port. I saw what was in that box and the tape was not there. I've asked him to return the almost full roll and he said he'd give it to one person to give to another person to give to me. That was a month ago and I still have not gotten my full roll of tape back. I believe he had every intention of keeping it, otherwise, he would have and should have left it by the pool pump with the pipe or given it to me when I first asked about it. This man, David Cassidy, can not be trusted. He will take whatever he wants from your place. As far as the work he did, it was OK. At least it has not fallen apart yet after 4 weeks.
