I was not too happy with them.  You contact them to try and get out of your lease. They charged me $700 and I thought they took care of every aspect of the transaction. They put up a very nice website with pictures of your car and I found out that later that anybody that who is interested in the car has to call in and pay a fee ($50-60). When I found out that they had to call in and pay for them to send me an email to send me the contact information to then call the person. They say the fee is to look into the person. In the 7 weeks I had 4 or 5 people. They sent me an email saying there was a potential buyer with their information and then I contact that person and give them details. That is about as far as they go. The price was high.  The website as good.

We have been monitoring the above mentioned parts during each scheduled maintenance visit and decided the time had come to perform the required maintenance.  I had Al DeJesus, the Service Manager come up with a Parts and Labor Estimate in November 2014 and I told them to schedule the work after the Holidays when Al Dial, the mechanic that has done all the work on the vehicle would be available.  We set the date, they ordered and received the parts the day prior and the work was accomplished ahead of the promised day and time.  As mentioned earlier they delivered the vehicle to the business where I have my Tire & Alignment work accomplished.
For the record, we had completed the front end Control Arms &Tie Rods, as well as the Front Brakes work done last year.
I have been using this "MILITARY FRIENDLY"  Business for  auto radiator and heater service, when needed, since arriving in the Ft Walton Beach area in 1991 and for all routine and specialized maintenance on my wife's 2004 Jaguar XJ-8 (former lease vehicle) which we purchased in 2008.

The intake service  representative was very informative on the trouble diagnostic, and repair and the flowing vehicle servicing was accomplished in a timely manner.

We first went to Global intending to get an estimate for a transmission rebuild, as the quote from a national company in town was very expensive. Rodney was very helpful and personable. He was skeptical the transmission was bad, as he expected more longevity in our Jeep Cherokee (despite having well over 100K miles). His team inspected it determined it was not the transmission, but a belt that was bad and causing our car's symptoms. This repair was less than a quarter of the price of a transmission replacement the other company wanted to do (which wouldn't have fixed the problem anyway). We were very impressed with this honesty and returned at least two more times for other minor repairs. As our car was old and not worth much, we weren't willing to spend a lot on major repairs and asked for cheaper alternatives where available. On one occasion, Rodney did not even charge for a job, as he deemed it too small to warrant us paying (even though they obviously spent time diagnosing, calling me, and doing the minor fix). On another occasion, he offered up a temporary (very cheap) solution as an alternative to replacing a very expensive part. He was honest about the longevity we could expect in this repair and what symptoms to look for if the cheap fix started to fail. His hourly shop rate is a little on the high side, but he's very honest and generous with his time. He's always been very helpful to talk to, even when we weren't ultimately paying for any work to be done.

This tow service, under contract to our road service provider, USAA, picked us up from I-10 on a Sunday afternoon. The driver, Clarence (sp?) first arranged for us to park our trailer in their secure yard, dropped our vehicle at the transmission shop. He then took us and our overnight stay stuff to the local motel cluster, dropped us off at our selection, and promised to pick us back up and back to the transmission shop when departing. The only reason he didn't was the transmission shop got there first. I wish I could give these folks something better than 5. I also wish Angie list would give members in good standing access to reviews of local services not in their subscription location to persons in distressed traveler status.

I like everything about them. They're the best auto repair. They're not cheap but when you take the car in and ask them to do something and when they get it back to you, they fixed it. If it wasn't fixed, you bring it back to them, there's no argument, they bring it in and they fix it again with no additional charge. They're very respectful and very courteous. They send me than you notes for giving them my business. I've got a 21 year old Cadillac and the climate control system went out and you can not buy a climate control system 'cause they stopped making it 11 years ago and they pulled the primary control system out of my Cadillac, hooked it to an air force base nearby and had an electronic specialist do a diagnosis and worked on it, brought it back, put it in my car and it didn't work exactly right so they took it back out the air force base and had an electronic specialist work on it for another 2 weeks, put it back in and now, my climate control system on my 22 year old Cadillac works just like it did when it came out of the factory. It wasn't cheap to have that done.

Jeff Roth, the owner, is an upfront, honest guy. He does what he says. He is also a very nice man and extremely pleasant.
We had a tire replaced and it was overall a very pleasant experience. We are a repeat customer for a reason. I heartily recommend this tire store.

    04/23/2014 Update
Jeff replaced 4 tire for us. All went well. What really impressed me this time was that he actually stayed almost 1 1/2 hours late just to finish the job for us. And we actually got the car back well before the originally scheduled date. I just cannot say enough good things about this man.

    12/09/2015 Update
Jeff installed new tires for me today. All went well. No surprises until I get a call at 6:15pm (well after he closed shop) and he said that the tires were done and offered to stay if I wanted to pick them up that night. I said sure so he ended up staying 1-1/2 hours late to accommodate me. Wow!
There are few people that you will ever meet that are as good and decent as this man.

.Taken to shop to troubleshoot front air strut problems on a 2004 Jaguar XJ-8.  System troubleshooting revealed both front struts were leaking.  They discussed the options with me and laid out a side by side analysis of the cost of two (2) replacement air struts and labor costs of replacing the two struts and the cost of installing an Air Strut Replacement Kit and the associated labor cost for me to make a decision.  I decided installing the Air Strut Replacement kit was more cost effective in my case.
Car was also leaking coolant and troubleshooting revealed a defective water pump.  They also discovered the thermostat housing had a stripped stud in the housing. After replacing the water pump and the thermostat housing assembly they pressure tested the cooling system and conducted an inspection and test of the HVAC System.
After repairs were made they made an appointment for a vehicle alignment at the shop where I have a lifetime alignment agreement.
I've been taking my vehicle to this shop for scheduled maintenance for about six years.

The owner who is also the head mechanic is very qualified and very well certified as a mechanic to work on imports but he is also good on working on other cars. He has taken care of five cars in my family ranging from a 1996 Mazda Protege to a 2012 Nissan Altima and a 1990 Toyota Tacoma truck. Our fleet of family vehicles, our children's and ours, he has provided incredibly good service for. I have gone to a mechanic before where I ask, "Can I see the old part?" Because I am not really sure that I believe them. But with him, he is so trustworthy that it is hard to describe. Before he takes my money, he wants to show me the old part and I find that great for a woman to be able to trust a mechanic and feel like I can take any of our cars to him. He also does not advertise. He is very busy because of word of mouth. He will get the job done right. If he has to replace a part, he will show you that part. I would not go to anybody else in this town. His prices are much more reasonable than a dealer. He actually used to work for one of the dealers here in town. And when he started his own business, we followed him from the dealer to his own business. The last service that he has done for me was not real expensive. On other occasions, he has done very expensive fixes for us that would mean close to $1,000. He is the kind of person who likes to think over things. I know that because I saw him tinkering around with his temperature reader or something and he was just determined that he was going to fix it. My husband has got a background in electronics and sometimes he knows that it is impossible to troubleshoot something and it just seems like this guy has great intuition at what it might be and sometimes he will tell us. He will say, "Wow! I thought and thought about it and then the first thing that I checked, that was what it happened to be. This could have gone on for hours but the first thing that I decided to check, that was it and it was cool." I will absolutely continue to go to him.

My experience with Al was one of the best I have ever had with any service provider in my entire life.
I will not bore you with all the details, but I have used them for years and have always found them to be freiendly, honest, fair, and competent. I don't know how to ask for anything more from a auto repair facillity.
Al and his staff of 2 are all good mechanics and always seem more interested in doing the job right than anything else. Many times we brought cars in for variety of problems and they would not even charge us for doing some repairs. Recently, I had to actually refuse to leave till they allowed me to pay them more money to fairly compensate them for an engine replacement. I just cannot say enough good things about their honesty and business ethics. Plus they are good mechanics too. I trust them. A gem in the rough!
