    Jets Renovations
I am very pleased with the job Scott did. He pays attention to details and made improvements I would not have thought of. He is flexible and easy to work with and cleaned up the entire area when the project was finished. I'd definitely hire him again.

    KITCHEN BY WHEATON
We selected Wheaton Kitchens because they design the layout, order, assemble and install the cabinetry. They also coordinated the purchase and fabrication of the countertops. The company kept in touch with us by text and we prompt in returning calls and answering any questions we had. They also worked with us on what work we could do ourselves. We are very pleased with our experience.

The whole project went extremely well. We couldn't be more pleased with the process and how our beautiful kitchen and bath vanity turned out. Johnny and his team were always very professional and responsive to all of our requests. We would highly recommend Oldja to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bath.

    Kitchen Bath & Beyond
We remodeled our kitchen completely. we contacted Kitchen bath beyond. Karen Alonso and her husband Danny came out and we explained what we wanted and with Karens knowledge and suggestions we agreed at a plan for the new kitchen.Danny and another employee did all of the demo and all of the cabinet installations. The quality and precision in the way Danny installed the cabinet''s was amazing. His attention to detail was the work of a true professional. The kitchen turned out better than we could ever hae expected, we are so happy with the results. Everything was done on time and cleaned up every day before they left.It could not have been a better experience.

    ATi Services of Tampa Inc
We just completed our major kitchen, dining room and living room renovation with ATI Services. I can not say enough good things about Jack Z and his team. Our project consisted of removing three interior walls to go with a full open concept feel (after we had a structural engineer confirm no walls were load bearing). We added all new white shaker cabinets, blue pearl granite, tile floor, tile backsplash and an eight-foot island as the center piece of the kitchen. We selected Jack to be the general contractor and handle everything, all we had to do was pick our design, finishes and provide feedback. Jack has a great network of vendors and suppliers that he deals with to help you picking out your floors, backsplash, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets. Jacks team completed all the demo work, handled all the plumbing, electrical, removal of old tile floor, install new tile floor, retexture ceiling, installing all new recessed lights, installing all appliances, upgrading electrical panel, trenching for power to the new island and installation of all plumbing & light finishes. Jack is a class act to deal with and you will always know where you stand with the project as well as what is coming up next. The crew at ATI was top notch. They were always on-time every morning 8am, greeted with a smile, worked hard all day and cleaned up their mess at the end of each day. For the amount of demo work and construction work that we had going on, we only chose not to live in the house for two nights while the new floor was being installed. For the remaining six weeks, we were able to continue living in our house with running water, AC, power and amenities we would need to be comfortable. When it came to the budget, Jack was spot on. He asked what our budget was up front, asked what we wanted to accomplish and we went from there. We paid incremental milestone payments that were agreed prior to the start of work and there were no hidden costs along the way. Jack is a very transparent guy. He will be very straight with you from the first time meet him at consultation until the after the final day of the project (we still talk to Jack). I will be clear that ATI Services was not the cheapest quote we received, but they were not the highest quote either. I am a firm believer in, you get what you pay for. Jacks team does quality work and you will not be disappointed with your finished product. I would highly recommend ATI Services to anyone looking for a kitchen or bath remodel. We will be calling Jack and his team back in the future to update both our bathrooms.

    Upscale Kitchen & Bath
A project that was to take 2 weeks top took over 8 weeks. Royce did give me a partial refund but didnt even come close to the what I had to put up with. Said he guarantee his work and if any problems occurred to contact him. I contacted him on May 16 to inform him that seam of granite was holding up..Im still waiting. I probably will have to contact a granite company myself and pay to have it fixed. There nothing upscale about this company. Royce promise everything and smooth talker.

    HOME DEPOT
Not great. We had hired a contractor based on the delivery date of the cabinets. Delivery ended up delayed a couple of weeks because our paperwork was submitted with the wrong address (city and state). This caused issues with scheduling and unnecessary delays. Quality of cabinets for the money was disappointing. For the countertops, we opted for granite, which Home Depot in our area outsources to Stoneworks of Florida. Coordination of ordering the countertops and cabinets was very poor. We ended up without sinks for months. Home Depot gave us a liaison to call if we needed help. She never did anything beyond telling us she couldn't help and to contact Stoneworks directly. First installation went badly. Installers were late, rushing and cutting slabs outside in the rain--seemed anxious to leave. Upon inspection, we found numerous unsightly cracks and issues with chipped granite. We couldn't install sinks, since we expected these pieces would have to be replaced. Stoneworks tech service claimed the unsightly cracks were naturally-occurring fissures (even though they weren't there when we viewed the slabs). They did, however, agree to replace a few of the pieces. That left us w/o sinks for even more weeks while that was ordered. Upon close inspection after the 2nd installers left, we noticed that even though the granite pattern and colors are somewhat similar, the colors AND thickness are different enough to be very obvious where the old and replacement pieces meet in the kitchen. It looks HORRIBLE. It doesn't look like they ordered the correct granite. Also, some of the granite looks discolored (or even burned?) and is placed in obvious places so we see it everyday. We are also finding rough spots where we're assuming the installers missed when applying the sealer. We finally just went ahead and had the sinks installed because we had been without for MONTHS. No one every followed up after installation. And with the difficulty we had and time involved getting Stoneworks to replace the original damaged pieces, we were out of patience and confidence that they would get it right.

    Relo Interior Services
From initial contact, Tony was very nice and responsive. He came out to our home and spent over an hour talking to my wife and I about design ideas and getting an idea for our vision. Tony had a lot of good ideas and feedback during this session. Tony said he would get back to us in two weeks with visual designs and then talk about next steps. Thats where all communication stopped and we never heard from Tony again. This was a shame because he seemed like a really nice guy and knew what he was talking about. My wife and agreed if we had to follow up and chase down a contractor this early on, this was starting off on the wrong foot. We ultimately ended up going with another GC and have been very pleased with our choice. We did not have to pay any initial consultation fees for our 1-hour discussion with Tony.
