I like him. He is good. He really keeps up with his craft. He goes to a lot of presentations and lectures, and keeps up with the reading on what's new in medicine and what they were finding out and the changes. That is good, that is bad, coffee is good, coffee is bad, he keeps up with a lot of those stuff. He keeps up with his profession, and I think that's really good. He is a guy who doesn't believe in a lot of antibiotics. We get infections all the time and I teach in school so I'm around kids and they feel sick all the time. He's not going to give me a Z-Pak or something all the time because most of it is viral anyway. In the short term, it's kind of a bummer because I want immediate relief, but for the long term my body builds up resistance so it's probably in the long term better. I have friends every time they get sick they run out and get a Z-Pak. It will come to a point where that's not going to work for them anymore. For people who are like that, they are not going to like that. He is hesitant to prescribe antibiotics.

He is absolutely wonderful. He is not only my doctor but he is my very dear friend. He cares and goes out of his way to be connected with his patients. I have confidence in him. I'm not socially friendly with him but professionally with his doctoring and so forth, I just trust him. Sine I moved to Freedom Square, he's right across the street from me so I'm his neighbor now. I've been using him for probably eight years. I came through him by word of mouth fro a friend. They said that they went through him and they like him. They said try him, I did and stuck with him. His nurse, Patricia is absolutely excellent. The girls the run the desk in front are good too. They change periodically. They leave to go to some place else or whatever. Patty is more than a nurse. She is very definitely as a friend. I will most definitely use them again. I will recommend them to anybody, in fact, I have.

She is very good, attentive and takes the time to really go through your history.  She helps with whatever is needed.  Scheduling is also very good and their punctuality is getting better.

Saw Dr. Brown for approximately 3 years. Referred to many different specialists for issues previously taken care of by my former PC physician. Patient waiting area outdated and unkempt. Lacked confidence in answers given to questions and concerns.

I’ve been a nurse all my life and therefore I’m in a position to know which doctors are good.  He saved my husband’s life a couple of times.  He’s one of the most informative and patient friendly doctor.  He just has the best bedside manner than anyone that I have ever seen.  He’s so knowledgeable with everything and he reads constantly.

She is an excellent doctor, the whole office is very well put together.  They call you about tests promptly.  She's attentive, understanding, she's like a friend.  I can't say enough good things about her.  She takes most all of the medicare programs.

She takes the time to explain everything to you and she never rushes you out of the office.  She takes very good care of me and she does thorough lab work on me about every other visit to ensure everything is ok.

    Prostate test:
He went over the difficulties of detecting prostate cancer and recommended a course of antibiotics to eliminate the possibility that the high PSA was due to a Urinary tract infection. After the antibiotics, the PSA dropped to pre-increase levels.

    Thumb infection.
He determined that surgery would be required. It was late and the surgeon he would normally recommend was closed so he and his office staff stayed late to locate a place where I could have the surgery done that evening.

Made an appointment for a routine physical; the office staff was very friendly, professional, and even asked if I needed directions to the office. When I arrived, I was brought to an evaluation room within a few moments. The medical assistant took my vitals and history in a non-judging manner. After about 5 minutes, Dr. Patel entered the room. He confirmed my history, performed the physical, and made sure all my needs were addressed.

It went very well and I called in advance and I was able to go in and a shot right away. There was no copay or anything. My experiecne has been very good and they are the one's that helped me find out I had a problem. They directed me to the proper specialist and I finally was able to figure out what my situation was. I have had very good luck with them.
