    We lease it for $235 a month. We got a pretty good deal on it. This is our third vehicle we have leased through them. We had it down to about two vehicles at the time so it was a matter of price and seeing how we liked each of the vehicles. The communication was very good. There was a lot of communication through phone call and emails and that kind of thing.

    Since we haven't used them much yet, I can't give them an A. We wanted a van with fold down seats and room for service. The Specifica fit all those requirements. We haven't had much highway driving yet, just around town but we are happy with it so far.

    The Service Center is very comfortable and modern. TV, tables, sofa's, free beverages and free WiFi. They are much faster then I remember 5 years ago and they have adjusted their prices down to be more competitive. Cliff Stoufer is the best Service Associate and keeps me informed as the work progressives. I'm sold on their service department and I am not going back to the Mom & Pop shops

       Being in the market for a golf Cart but not knowing anything about them can be a horrible experience. With so many dealers out there who can you trust to give you a reliable cart at a reasonable price ?  After shopping a many other dealers  I  found the answer at Hidden Creek Golf Carts.
        Chris not only answered every question ask of him, he did it in a very honest open way. That along with no pushing on his part to sell us something at a TODAY ONLY price put both my wife and I at ease. It didn't take long to feel the 40+ mile drive to see what he had  was well worth the trip. 
         I would recommend Hidden Creek to anyone interested in golf carts as the place to go for honest people, honest prices, and a honest warranty.

    Great experience.  Greeted on the lot by Mo Khavarian, promptly and courteously.  He showed us the two cars we were interested in, then took on test drives.  Very knowledgeable about all aspects of both the Civic and the CRV.  After test drive, sat down and negotiated a deal with the help of his manager, Casey, also very professional and able to make agreeable deal.  Their finance manager was also helpful in the process.The tough part was finding the color car with color interior desired, but they were able to find just what we wanted and we picked up the car one week later.  Will definitely go to this dealer and this salesman for our next purchase.

    Terrible service from the management team. The only reason I followed through with the sale is because the sales person, Jake Boskovic, did everything he could in a professional manner to salvage the sale and his friendliness and willingness to help is why I still bought the vehicle there.
    However, despite the lack of management involvement, after various delays in delivering my vehicle, the only thing they could offer was in-house financing at a HIGHER APR than what I was already pre-approved. and they knew this. even after I expressed my dissapointment with the service, not once did a manager ever come to see how I felt. in fact, the sales manager, Nassir Totah, was on site the day I picked up my vehicle and did not even bother to come by and say anything to me. As far as the and quot;luxury Infinitiand quot; experience one would expect, this was worse than walking into a lemon-lot. Basically I felt robbed of the experience of buying a 50K luxury vehicle.
    The vehicle itself is fantastic but had it not been for a great product, Jake Boskovic, and NO other nearest Infiniti dealer, I would have certainly gone somewhere else.

    They always provide great service. They thoroughly explain what is going on with my vehicle. They are very neat when they do work, and we have been very happy with their service. I feel that they have bent over backwards to accomodate my schedule.

    I wasn't happy about them. At one point when you make x amount of purchase and a certain amount of dollars, I think incrementally if not exponentially the service needs to grow with that. I've gotten better experiences for less with other companies. It is all about salesmanship and not creating relationships. At the end of the day when I got the car was because the deal from the manufacturer was too good to be true and it was the car I wanted. It was just right there. It is extremely unlikely that I will go back unless the service department is there or certain people are changed.
