And when I changed my mind on where I wanted a particular downspout, they came back out and changed it for me, no hassle. I also had them add leaf guards after I noticed flowers and leaves from a near by tree getting in there, and Denise went out of her way to work me into their schedule, even though it's there busiest part of the year for them.
