    Schwartz, Dr. Sanford N
Call to make an appointment receptionist could not understand that I could not have my appointment in the am and my child's appointment in the pm. I had to explain this to her 4 different times. Then she took my insurance information and said she would call me back; however she never called me back.....

Best experience with a dentist ever! The office is beautiful and comfortable, very modern. The staff was friendly and checked in on me allowing me to  see my daughter mid way just so that I would know she was ok. I didn't even ask for this, they came out to come get me. She had on cool shades and was watching TV up above. The billing process was easy also.

They are very nice people. It is a well run organization and the guy is very superior in his craft and up to date on all the latest equipments. We moved so we are a little further away but it is still very convenient. They have very good parking. The staff is like family after 40 years.

The office staff is so nice, they are just really pleasant to be around. As is Dr. Cherry. He is really nice and makes patients feel very comfortable. I am so glad I found Dr. Cherry as I am scared of the dentist and him and his staff make it so much easier.

    I AM IMPRESSED.
I came onto Angieslist (as I typically do) to find a highly recommended local provider, as I'm still establishing these types of relationships locally.  And while a bunch of other dentist offices had a TON more reviews, most were marred with a fair bit of mixed reviews (some happy, some horrible), and many where the patients felt like they were being pressured by sales pitches.
But then I came across Dr. Cherry's reviews, and they were ALL positive.  ALL happy with his office, staff, and service.  So I thought I'd give his office a try, and boy am I glad I did.
The office staff were professional and courteous.  They were able to fit me in within 2 weeks, and when I called shortly before the appointment to let them know I was running late, they thanked me for informing them, and that was it.  No problems or issues.
When I arrived, Dr. Cherry's office has nearly a dozen of dedicated parking spots right in front of his office, which was very convenient.  The building itself is well maintained, and very nice on the inside and out.  The waiting area has comfy seating, ample magazines, and a beautiful very large aquarium with many fish, coral, etc.  I didn't get a chance to enjoy it all, because I didn't have to wait long; the staff called me back in under 5 minutes.
I had the pleasure of having Jodi as my dental hygienist.  She was made for this job.  She's so upbeat and cheerful, always smiling, cordial, and comforting.  All while still being very professional.  I immediately felt comfortable and at ease.
As you're walked back to your room/dental chair, you can't help but notice the beautiful view you have while seated in the dental chair.  Beautiful landscaping with a waterfall, pond, and fish.  Sure beats staring at a blank white wall!
Jodi also interacted very professionally and in a very friendly way with my family, putting us all at ease.  She then showed us a short video about tooth and gum disease, what the exam consists of, what to expect, etc.  She took the X-rays, then I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Cherry.
Dr. Cherry impressed me.  He's nice, professional, and took the TIME to really talk and converse with me.  I never for a second felt like he was rushed or looking to end the conversation.  Rather, he took the time to tell me about my teeth, show me the X-rays, go over them with me, provide me with his recommendations, and answer any questions I have.  He gave me a lot of good advice re: prevention of tooth and gum disease, which says a lot: he actually cares about my dental health, cuz treating bad teeth and gums is obviously more financially rewarding.
All in all, I really enjoyed my visit.  Everyone was SO nice and professional.  It was just one of those unexpected experiences where you immediately feel welcome and at ease, and know "I've found the right dentist."  And I look forward to him taking care of my and my family's oral health for years to come.  I'd STRONGLY recommend you do the same :)

We found him on Angie's List. He did a very good job, and he was very knowledgeable. The dental hygienist seemed to do a nice job. Everybody was friendly and everything seemed to go on time. Their office environment and punctuality was very good. They called to remind me about the appointment; they were very punctual. With regard to availability, they were very good.

    Schwartz, Dr. Sanford N
Dr. Schwartz is a good doctor. The only thing I dislike about him is his price and he doesn't deal with a lot of insurance companies. He has an excellent office staff. They are very personable. I've been using his services for several years. He has a nice office and is very family oriented.

    Welch III, Dr Harold B
He is always there and very willing to help if there is any emergency. I am always able to get fairly quick appointments. I make my appointments six months in advance but if I need something in between, he will work me in or see me. He accepts my insurance and no questions asked. Sometimes he gets a bit late.

He was very nice. The hygienist was very nice, friendly and explained what she is doing and everything. I didn't have the feeling that he was trying to have everything done for me and get the money cost. It was really going and just seeing what has to be done and that is it. If something had to be done they will let you know and if not you are good to go. It is not really actually trying to tell you what has to be done and to make more money out of it. I would refer a family member or friend to Dr. Welch. I would use him again in the future.

I like him. He is very nice. He is kind of an old school dentist. I stumbled on him by accident and I just absolutely fell in love with him. My stepdaughter had a tooth that had to be pulled. I just called to see if anybody had an opening that could pull her tooth. He told me to bring her in. We took her up there and he was just so nice with her. He is just the sweetest man. He is just darling. He is very thorough with his examination. I have very good experiences with him. He does not believe in letting you lie there and hurt. If he has to fill your teeth or do anything like that he is right on top with that. At the time when I was going through the chemo and the radiation with the thyroid problem I had, he always wanted me to come in and check my teeth because with the chemo and the radiation, especially it being in my neck, it could affect my teeth which I didn't realize. He educated me on that. He is very good on patient education on your teeth. I didn't realize that it could melt your teeth. He would have me come in regularly to check my teeth to make sure that I wasn't going to have any kind of damage or anything wrong with my teeth. He would call me and tell me it was time to come in and check my teeth. It may have only taken me long enough for me to go there and sit in the chair and have him take a look at my teeth. He may have only charged me $5.00 or $6.00 just for him to take a quick look at my teeth. He was always concerned about my teeth. He would always remind me that there is nothing more important than taking care of your teeth and that once you lose them you can't get them back. He is available. His office hours are pretty much fixed. He doesn't have weekend hours. He is hard to get in to see sometimes because he does have a very busy practice. Usually if there is an emergency or something like that, he will work you in. He does stay late to finish. If you there, he will stay as long as it takes to make sure that you are taken care of. The staff is very pleasant. Usually you don't wait very long. He explains everything and he always has a plan of care. He goes over in detail what he is going to do and what the next step is going to be. If you have to have any kind of expensive work done, you know up front how much it's going to cost you each step of the way. He writes it all down and he goes into a very detailed medical history. I always joke at him. I always tell him that if anybody ever needs to know my medical history, I always tell them to call my dentist because he knows it all. Whatever I have had done by him is very good.
