    True Love Property Maintenance Inc
This team is fabulous. I have already asked them for an estimate for other work that I want down. They are experts in what they do. They clean up after the work is finished and they make sure that you are happy with finished product. I highly recommend them for maintenance, or construction you need done.

    The Bath & Kitchen Gallery
No one will believe this. The entire staff did the best work imaginable. There were two or three 'issues'. Everyone one of them was resolved with a smile and perfect completion. I can only speak accolades to the entire staff. I had only to mention a concern and the staff were there to help us make a knowledgeable decision. The lead construction person hurt himself and even after that each staff member pitched in and the construction went on as scheduled. I cannot single out one as better than the other, or the best. They are all professional and treated my house as their own. The staff at the beginning helped us resolve all different kinds of issues: cabinets, exhaust fan, lighting, flooring, granite, type of windows, kitchen layout, and backsplash. The staff made changes on the go as needed to comply with the needs of my spouse. The cost was always minimal. The equipment they needed was always kept in neat and out of the way place. They always kept the construction site extremely clean. Cabinets, flooring, appliances, and construction supplies were always available when needed and were never a nuisance.

    5 Star Quality Construction
Five Star Quality Construction arrived on time ready to start at 8:00 AM.  They explained, in detail, the plans for the job and proceeded with removing the old wood.  They measured and cut sections of the hardy plank and attached to the block column.  After completing attaching hard plank and trim boards, they caulked all seams.  The area was then cleaned.

    5 Star Quality Construction

This home had been neglected of maintenance and was in bad shape. Most of the wood siding had rotted, the lanai was inhabitable and the roof had some leaks over the garage.

Before this project was started, I spent about 2 months meeting and speaking with several contractors. I read many reviews that nice folks took the time to share. I'm going to share with you why I chose 5 Star Quality Construction and also how it went.

A couple of their reviews express attention to detail and quality. Craig, which I think owns 5 Star Quality Construction was prompt and professional. He showed up at the time we had agreed and proceeded to access the project. He responded with a quote rather quickly. The price was very competitive with others. He started the project on the day and time that he promised. If you have any questions, he always answers his phone.

His crew, everyone he sent to my home was polite, courteous and respectful. The carpenters, Jerry and Bill spent a bulk of time on this job. They were very knowledgeable. Their work was of excellent quality and detail. These gentleman are very experienced and talented. I think they even fed the large Hen I have wondering around my backyard.

The painter, Rafael. He knew his business. He went over exact colors and of what twice. When it came his time, the crew caulked all the trim, caulked any cracks in the concrete, primed and painted in no time.

The Roofer, Chris. Went over everything in advance, answered any questions, addressed any concerns and was very knowledgeable as well. All the rain the area was receiving was a concern. His crew worked all day Saturday and Sunday so there would be no issues.

Craig at 5 Star Quality Construction was pleasant to work with and very helpful. His assistance and suggestions were welcomed. He was even patient if I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted.

Everything went really well and the work looks great.

    South Shore Construction LLC
I called for the service couple weeks after coupon expired. They did not respond back to me for 4 days, at which point he emailed and said coupon expired. I emailed back, reminding him even though promotional value may expire, purchase amount never expires. He never bothered to get back to me. It has been 3-4 weeks now.

    JTR Contractors Inc.
All jobs were done professionally, completed on time and monitored closely.  Any changes needed were described in detail and options were provided by both amount of work and cost for each option.
I have and will continue to recommend JTR to anyone in need of any repairs or remodeling.  They are outstanding.

    Tisdale Construction
The onsite forman for the job left prior to the begining of the project, which effected our project.  There was never a forman, so when the subcontractors came in and did their parts of the job and would leave and there was no one to oversee the project for the most part.  I was receiving several calls a day regarding the project.  I would recommend making sure that there will be a manager on your project.  We selected this contractor due to the project manager that left prior to our project.

    DEAN BILLE
Found Dean Bille on Angie's list and after reviewing the reports we called Mr. Bille and left message, he promptly called back. He came that day or the next day on the agreed upon time. He listened to what we had to say and looked over the areas carefully and described what was happening to the damaged areas and gave us several ways it could be fixed. I appreciated that Dean took the time to make sure I understood everything, he even drew on his clipboard how the boards would overlap. We asked for an estimate of two different ways it could be fixed, which also included a section of the same siding on the front of the house so that it would all match. He took the measurements he needed and promised to have an estimate for us by a specific day and he kept his word. After looking at the detailed estimate and liking our impression of him we emailed him back (this was on a friday and asked how soon could he start if we chose him for the job and he said he could start on Tuesday and be finished by Thursday. He used cement Hardie boards detailed to look like wooden boards. We chose him for the job and are glad we did. We think liked that he thought about how to do the job well and cost effectively. He also considered taking extra measures to ensure that the work was watertight. He and his assistants showed up on time, worked h****** very hot days and got the job done to our satisfaction. They cleaned up everyday after finishing their work. Dean and his help were pleasant to deal with and we were impressed with Dean's attention to detail and with the quality of his work!

    The Handyman Company
I CANNOT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE HOW UNHAPPY I AM WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR HANDYMEN MAY HAVE SOME EXPERTISE IN THEIR FIELDS, BUT THEY ARE NOT NECESSARILY QUALIFIED TO DO THE JOB FOR WHICH YOU ARE PAYING. DAVE, THE HANDYMAN I HIRED THROUGH HANDYMAN CONNECTION, IS A CARPENTER. HOWEVER, HE HAD NO IDEA HOW TO FRAME A TUB. HE LEFT THE TOP FRAME UNDONE AND ONLY REINFORCED THE TUB EDGES AFTER I MENTIONED IT TO HIM. I HIRED HIM FOR THE SUB-FLOORING, BEFORE I REALIZED HIS WEAKNESSES. HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT INSTALLING HARDI-BOARD AND HACKED HIS WAY THROUGH THE PROCESS USING NAILS SO LONG HE MAY HAVE PIERCED PIPES AND LEAVING SO MANY AWKWARD CORNERS, ONE TILER REFUSED THE JOB DUE TO THE WORK. I HIRED HIM ONE MORE TIME TO EXTEND THE TUB AND FOUND HANDYMAN RE-CHARGED ME FOR FINISHING THE TUB, WHEN I ASKED DAVE TO ADD THE TUB'S TOP FRAME. CALLS TO MANAGEMENT WERE, NATURALLY, NEVER RETURNED. IF YOU CALL HANDYMAN CONNECTION - AND I NEVER WILL - MAKE SURE IT IS FOR A JOB EVEN A MORON CAN'T MESS UP.
