    I started going to Dr. Chapman in May, after switching from Dr. Malone. Dr. Chapman and his entire staff are very professional. So far I am completely satisfied with this dental facility.

    The staff is nice. They've always been very courteous and professional. We really haven't had any problem to be taken care of. We have good check-ups. They stay on top of our X-rays and things like that. If anything arrives, they would take care of it. We haven't had any major works done like crowns for a long, long time. Overall, they're very good. The availability is not as good as I wish because he only goes 4 days a week. They could use some updating. Their punctuality is good. They're punctual.

      • Poor work quality. Did gum scaling and planing in February. Lost confidence in Dr. Fanelli. Went to new dentist in April, she asked when was the last time I had work done, when i told her February, she was aghast! I had such severe tarter buildup I had to have the entire procedure repeated. Bright Now dental is a money making machine, they get patients in and out as quickly as possible, while performing as little service as possible. I would avoid this practice, was charged $640 for the procedure and then told I needed gum surgery for another $1200! Poor work, and even poorer ethics.

    I've had problems with a loose and infected front tooth. It took a while to figure out the proper treatment -I went to see 2 specialists and none knew what to do!-. Dr Brooks tried soft treatments first which were not enough. He sent me to a root canal specialist to verify whether i needed one or not. The answer came back as a no.So Dr Brooks tried a laser treatment which seems like it finally did the job. I say 'seems' because I am going to a check-up next week and my tooth at last feels fine.

    The first appointment was primarily for the generation of a dental plan and recommenations. The office was clean, the plan was thorough and was formatted according to my insurance and would would be covered. The 2nd appointment, I had 6 areas that were maintained in one trip. They restored an area in my front teeth that no other dentist in over 5 years had even attempted to repair.

    First major issue: A filling fell out three times. The first two times, the filling was done by Dr. Blake. The third time I tried the other dentist in the office, whose name I don't remember and it fell out too (three). So after it fell out the third time, I went elsewhere - but I still got billed! When I was called for my and quot;outstanding balanceand quot; and I told the lady what had happened, she actually had the nerve to tell me I should have come back. I even said and quot;How many times do you expect me to keep trying?and quot;
    Second major issue. This happened prior to issue #1, but slightly less and quot;badand quot;: While getting a filling done Dr. Blake cracked a previous filling. The filling that got cracked was less than 3 months old (done by deceased previous dentist). They made me pay for the repair. They said that they couldn't guarantee another dentist's work. I tried to argue that the filling was fine until they cracked it - and even tried the tactic that they bought his practice, debit/guarantees and all - but still had to pay for the extra visit to repair the damage they created.
    Other: As another reviewer noted they almost try to scam you to get unnecessary work done. While in one of my visits Dr. Blake commented on an old style silver amalgam filling my deceased previous dentist had done. This was barely 4 months old. He just felt that the location of the filling, a silver filling would work better (on the gum line). It wasn't (isn't) visible, so I didn't care. She mentioned replacing it for cosmetic reasons, but I said I was fine with it. Next the and quot;billingand quot; person comes in, and reviews the work to be done. She mentions this very tooth/filling. I said, and quot;no, that's not being done, it's only cosmetic and I don't need/want itand quot;. She says that the chart didn't indicate that and that she'd double check with the doctor (Blake). She comes back and says and quot;Doctor Blake says that it has degraded and must be replacedand quot;. I did comment to her how that was NOT what Dr. Blake has JUST told me. In the end I refused to have it replaced, but the fact that within 10 minutes there are two different stories - and the and quot;degradedand quot; line was completely untrue. Silver filling may have a and quot;bad rapand quot; but they last forever, and one that's only a few months old - no way it's degraded. I still have it, and my current dentist says it's just fine. He does tell me that if I want to change it, for cosmetic reasons, to let him know.
    Again, I can not speak for other doctors in this practice. Even though it's been quite a few years since I saw Dr. Blake, I doubt she's gotten better with time.

    I went to Dr. Ramos for 13 years while living in Sebastian. We moved to Georgia for 4 years so i have not been since 2009. He is an excellent dentist. He has excellent dental hygenists also. He performed fillings and a couple of crowns. I had dental insurance at the time so it was reasonable. I think his prices are lower than most dentists in the Vero Beach area.

    I had a wonderful experience with Drs Conway & Conway DDS!  I found them here on Angie's list searching for a dentist.  They came highly recommended and I found what I read on the reviews to be very appealing.
    I was experiencing a toothache, and I knew there was a high probability that the tooth would need to be removed.  I hadn't been to the dentist in 15 years, and my previous experiences weren't very "pleasant".  My goal was to find a dentist that would not only be competent and professional, but also compassionate and gentle.  I was also searching for someone that would be affordable, though I understood that the dental work that I may need could potentially be expensive.  I found everything I was searching for at Drs. Conway & Conway DDS. 
    After finding them on Angie's list, I went to their website and clicked on the new client link.  There, I was directed to fill out some general information and answer a few questions.  I submitted the email on Saturday morning, and received a call first thing Monday morning.  Right from the beginning, they were courteous and professional.  The staff member I spoke with scheduled me for an appointment early that afternoon. 
    I arrived for my appointment 20 minutes early so that they could process my paperwork.  Previously, while on their website, I clicked on the link for new client forms, printed and filled them out in order to facilitate the process, which it did.  Not long after arriving, I was taken back to the patient room by Gail, one of their hygienists.  Gail gave me an exam and took some x-rays.  She was kind and courteous, as with the rest of the staff.  Soon-thereafter, I met Dr. Suzanne Conway, who was professional and non-judgmental.  She examined me, my treatment was discussed, I was given a quote, which was quite reasonable, and was allotted time to discuss it with my husband.  After agreeing to the treatment, the Dr. took me right away!  She was through, informative, AND, most of all, she was gentle.  I did not experience any discomfort whatsoever!  I was in and out of the office in less than an hour.  Later that afternoon, Dr. Suzanne called me to see how I was doing, which I was really impressed by.  
    Prior to leaving, I scheduled my next appointment to have a client evaluation done, which I was already given a quote for, where we will discuss treatment plan to restore my teeth.  I have to say, I am actually looking forward to this appointment to see what can be created with my smile!  
    Overall, I am EXTREMELY satisfied with Drs. Conway & Conway and would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.

    They are very professional, thorough and very courteous. They are excellent physicians and I trust them with my dental care. However, they are very busy to get an appointment with because you have to be scheduled six or seven months earlier.
