    EXPO HOME PAINTING /REPAIRS
Ricardo is an extremely honest and reliable person to work with. He was always a phone call away. He helped me prepare my parents home for sale. He also helped with cleaning, fixing cabinets, replacing carpets and hauling away trash. I really cant say enough good things about him and his company. You wont be disappointed if you hire him. Oh, the house never hit the market. I had a cash buyer from the neighborhood lined up right after he finished painting.

    The Handyman Company
Worst company ever. I had a few simple tasks that should be able to be completed by any "qualified" handyman. I needed an outlet installed into an existing junction box with existing wiring. Then I needed and a 5 foot piece of romex wire re-routed through a wall that was already opened up, and then I needed the small area on the wall where the wire was to be covered up with drywall. The outlet as installed incorrectly and upside-down, and somehow the handyman cut the power wires to my hot water heater in the process (which we were lucky enough to find out the next morning getting ready for work we discovered we had zero hot water) Then he wired up the romex wire wrong, and now my garage lights are permanently on (Somehow he direct wired the lights bypassing the timer they were on) EVERYTHING this guy touched had to be redone. If you value your home and your satety, don't EVER get this company to do any work on your home. What a nightmare company to deal with !!!!!! UPDATE: I had a qualified electrician figure out the problem. It was wired incorrectly at the light itself. The handyman wired the garage light directly to a hot wire instead of to the switch wire, which made the light bypass the timer it was supposed to be on. This resulted in the lights not being able to be turned off at all.

Ray was fantastic. Called to confirm, advised his progress as he was traveling from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale. He was friendly and very professional. Walked through what we needed to have done and confirmed our expectations along the way. He made a very quick run to Home Depot and was back and got to work. We are OVER JOYED with Rays work, every bit of it. We would recommend Ray without hesitation. We in fact have already contracted him for some additional work.

We agreed on a price and date. When he failed to show up I tried to call him but his messages were full, so I could not speak to him. Finally, a few days later I was able to reach him and we set up another date. He failed to show up for a second time, and as before, his messages were full. Maybe he was having troubles, but I would never want to hire him again.

    M & P Maintenance
I've used Miguel probably 2 dozen times for a huge variety of repair project, big and small. He is always prepared, on time and with a positive attitude and is perfect for 2 man projects. Miguel works quickly and professionally. Even though I could do these projects myself, they would take my entire weekend and drag out the completion time. I'm better off calling Miguel to take care of everything from hanging curtain rods, fans, lighting, fixing plumbing, repairing bathroom tile, painting, sprinkler repairs, fascia repair, changing locks, hanging doors, and designing and building a built in booth table.

I have used Miguel before, and once again he was on time and did a great job for a fair price.  Everything he put up is level and secure.  I could have done all these jobs myself but it would have taken me three times as long.  So happy I called him!

    All Repairs by Scott LLC
Initially we hired Scott to repair the fascia in the back of our house.  During our initial conversations, Scott quickly demonstrated his experience and knowledge of roofing and carpentry, and he offered a fair price for the work requested. Scott started the work that very day!
When Scott removed the fascia, he identified additional areas of concern with the roof decking in certain areas, which we could not initially see when the fascia was up. Scott was very patient explaining to us the likely reasons for the damage, how to avoid similar situations in the future, and offering some suggested solutions.  He explained to us very clearly the risks, benefits and expected cost of each option. Ultimately, we were very comfortable with the decision to extended Scott's work to remove three rows of roof tiles, repair the roof decking and replace the roof tiles.
Scott worked diligently to complete this work.  He stayed in regular communication with us, so we rarely had any question of what the status was.  He was very patient with us, explaining long-term maintenance and thoughtfully answering our many questions.
Scott demonstrated through his work and his communication a great amount of expertise in roofing and fascia repair. After he completed the intiial work, we were extremely happy with our expereince of working with Scott and the quality of his work, so we again asked him to remove and replace the fascia around the whole home.
Without fail, all of his work has been of the highest quality, and we have absolutely no complaints.  He has been one of the best service providers we have ever worked with, and I'm not sure how we would have managed our many project without finding him!
We have grown to trust Scott's work and character.  He is very trustworthy, honest and authentically cares about the quality of our home. We have hired him for a few additional projects, and as we identify additional needs around our home, Scott will be the first person we call.

Lasker's Fine Cabinetry & Carpentry Inc
This was a complex job tearing out cabinetry below a sink that had been inundated with water, the job required cutting a granite top, removing sink, faucets, dishwasher, stove, garbage disposal, trash compacter, taking out the old flooded cabinets, replacing the gypsum board behind the cabinets and building new cabinets that matched the existing ones.  Overall I'm satisfied with the work done, Brett works alone and is a pleasant person to work with, he works very professionally and his cabinetry work is top notch.  I would have given him an A except that the work took much longer than I expected and that the price kept going up as the project went along.  The final price was over 50% above the original estimate of $4,000.  I would work with him again, but get him committed to a price and get him committed to deadline.  I do need to mention that the final price also included some other odd jobs that he handled while he was there, these were built into the final price but never detailed, but I would guess that these additional jobs probably added $1,000 to the final bill.

    M & P Maintenance
We had been told by a roofer and painters that this repair would require removing at least 3 or more roof tiles.  I sent Miguel pictures of the section to be repaired.  He said he could do it without disturbing the roof tiles.  He showed up on time with the fascia board for the repair.  He was able to remove the whole section of rotten wood and made a very neat clean repair.  He primed wood, front & back before putting it in place. Then he sealed every side and seam with chalk.  A job well done at a very reasonable price.
