ADavid Spence Inc.From day one there was no doubt which contractor we would be using. This was our first time hiring a contractor to do any work and we were anxious about finding someone who we could trust to get the work done and in a timely manner! David listened to our vision and took it as his own and his crew implemented it to the very end. They were skilled craftsmen and empathetic to our needs! Remodeling a 70+ year old wood frame house is always risky and ours was no different. There were challenges that created change orders but David and his people were adaptable to the challenges that kept effecting their schedule and found economical and creative solutions to meet our needs and keep the project on schedule! We love our new kitchen and floors and everyone that sees it remarks on the quality and are amazed on the timeline that they were able to meet! AAPD Advanced StabilizationTC was communicative and proactive. He called to let me know he was on his way when he was delayed in traffic for his scheduled meeting. He was honest when presented with the facts of our situation and told me that there was a good possibility the problem would not be resolved by his company's solution, nor could they warranty work performed. He provided information on other possible service providers that may have more complex and expensive but effective solutions. I am grateful to TC for his honesty and integrity. ASunrise Quality Painting IncI previously hired Nick and his guys for work at my home. The work was impeccably done and I was more than pleased with the outcome. Knowing the quality of his work, when I need interior and exterior painting for an office I recently purchased, Nick was the first call. He was, however, not my only call, because I don't hire any service provider without getting several quotes first. Sunrise was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive; Nick's pricing was certainly fair, though, and I did not hesitate to hire him again. Once again, I was not disappointed. In fact, I was thrilled with the results as the paint was the finishing touch on the renovations to my office--the before and after was like night and day. While I'll continue to make sure the pricing is competitive, Sunrise remains my go-to painters.- Andrew D.

AGreat. Sales man came out. Offered us different options.Very knowledgeable as he worked in the industry for many years. They pulled the permit. When they received it they called to schedule a time to do the work. They came out within two days. the whole process took approximately 2 1/2 weeks. Highly recommend this company

AIt went extremely well. Darrien checked all the outdoor outlets for safety and voltage, the inside ones as well. He determined which areas were controlled by specific GFIs which is very useful to me since some outlets were quite distant from their controlling GFI. He looked at my service panel and made recommendations accordingly. He also checked for neutrals doubling up in circuits and tightened all connections. He gave me useful advice on my smoke detectors as well as surge protectors for my pool, service panel and AC condenser. All in all he’s given me a road map.

AFrom start to finish Summit Home Builders Inc was great. After our request it was only a few days before someone was out to start drawings, drawing were sent via email within days. Not only did we approve, but they were beyond what we expected. Unfortunately with the covid 19 materials were delayed a bit but the wait was worth it. Once the project was in “go mode” they showed up and did remarkable work. They were tidy, efficient, worked long hours and did an amazing job. Craftsmanship was beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We will be doing additional work with Summit Home Builders Inc. In the near future. If you are consisting any home modifications or additional building, I would highly recommend reaching out to Artem Toropov with any of your remodeling needs. This company was a 10 out of 10 to work with.
