Mick and his crew were wonderful! Mick gave me a free estimate, that I thought was fair, and started to work right away. They even had put together a temporary gate to keep my dog in the yard until the new one was built. Great people!

They came and offered an assessment to my renters. Said they would follow up with price list as they said their work would take much more than the 2 hrs I bought. They never followed up and they still have not called me nor my renters back.

It went really well. Matthew is extremely professional and excellent at what he does. He doesn't waste anytime, very punctual, and ready to do the job. He is a hard worker and an expert in his field. Really pleased.

Todd and Roy were great.  I provided them with a list of items that needed to be completed, and they took care of everything.  They have a great work ethic - something we have found lacking in many other contractors in the area.  I would hire them again and would also highly recommend.

Because of too much weight in the closet, clothes rack pulled about 6 feet of sheet rock from wall. Mark repaired the sheetrock, mudded and fixed it so it looks new. I had him forgo sand and painting because another portion of the closet still had clothes hanging up. Being a closet with clothes this was a nonissue. He installed about six feet of horizontal 2 x 4 to existing structure. He then mounted an additional 2 brackets (3 total) to ensure stability. All done professionally. His price was extremely modest and reasonable for the service performed. He works in the northwest Florida area. I was so impressed with his work and cost I have lined up two more projects for him to do as he has time to fit them in. I highly recommend this personable and professional handyman.

I've used David Sause (Home Aid), for all my handyman and home repair work for years. He is always prompt, professional, and provides excellent service. He always offers great advice and gives suggestions on different options for the job. This job was rather small, but I wouldn't do his service justice without mentioning that he built the pergola and the garden shed that he worked on this visit. Inside or outside the house he has always done a superb job and leaves the work space cleaner than how he found it. I highly recommend his service.

My experience with them is always excellent. They are responsive. And one of the things that impresses me most about it, is they keep coming back until they finish the job. Brownlow and Sons Co Inc. will finish until the customer is satisfied. They have a lot of captive subs (people that they use and use often enough that they keep them busy.) And they are all high quality people or people that they've used a lot and are vetted. So, it's not like every job gets a random new person to do the various trades.

It has been an aggravating, frustrating, costly experience by an unprofessional, in my opinion, lying individual by the name of Jeff Hill  There was such a mess left by the 1st contractor, Hill came out to replace the stone walkway himself as the stones had been moved; no covering had been placed over them and they were covered with stucco.  Hill fixed that by turning the stones over so it was not visible not realizing there was a top and bottom.  I had to replace the walk myself as he did such a lousy job.  He was also going to paint the banding around the window himself, which, of course, he never did.  There were numerous items he was going to take care of at no cost, which he never did.  Since they are enumerated in the contracts, I won't elaborate.  The paint job was a mess also; there was paint on the bushes, hose and driveway.  I have many, many photos of this wonderful job.

The work was started on Monday and nearly completed by Thursday (the only things remaining after this time were small, such as putting pieces of the window blinds back on). Todd showed up on time the first day. I had worked with him on a project before and gave him access to the house to come and go as needed. I trusted him to do this and he did not disappoint. He was there working hard each day, sometimes as late as 9 PM and all of my belongings were as I had left them at the end of each day. I discussed with him up front the paint colors and types of paint I wanted and he purchased the paint for the job. His estimate on the amount of paint needed was spot on - when the job was finished he had very little left over so there was no waste in paint cost. He also supplied me with a small can of touch up paint. He took care to cover the furniture and floors with plastic and drop cloths as well as put all of the furniture back where it belonged. I only had to make minimal adjustments to replacing the furniture when he was finished just to make it suit my liking. I assisted him with moving one large piece of furniture and it hit the wall when we were moving it but he quickly patched and painted over the blemish on the wall. Todd was careful to do 2 coats of paint on the walls and he said he always does that, even if it is not a color change. His attention to detail was noticeable - there wasn't paint left on the floors or furniture and the walls and trim all had even lines and thick coats of paint. He even did some extra things such as caulk around doors and in the corners of walls to make the application smoother. When the job was going on and when it was over he asked for my feedback and was quick to correct anything I noticed.
