    The repairman fixed the GFCI to the lighting and a switch for the pool light. The reason I won���t use them again is I was charged an extra $79 for living in Santa Rosa Beach. I was not advised there was an extra charge for where I lived.

    All went well, except the flickering of the lights which was fixed but the next day it started again. I called them back , the technician came back and fixed it. I don't think I should have been charged the time when the technician had to come back to fix what I had already paid for .

    Excellent customer service.

    Unlike most of the other contractors, this company was on time, got through in the projected time and took care of every last detail of our project with a great attitude (even when we changed a few things in mid stream.)   Really can't say enough about them and they are already on our HOA list as top rated electricians !!!

    This company WILL call you back!  :)

    The service call was originally scheduled for 11AM, but the owner called me with advanced notice to let me know that the electrician was running late.  I was able to adjust my schedule and appreciated the update!  That's all I ask.  Delays happen.  But communication is key, and this company will keep you apprised!


    I will use them again for my next job.

    Horrible customer service.  Lights and fans ordered arrived broken.  The wrong light bulbs came with them and they lied about delivery times and ordering, etc.  I would never use this company again.  Their customer service was so poor that they basically did not care about the end user at all.  It took them forever to replace broken parts and deliver the right light bulbs.  Failure to answer phone calls and requests for service started with the technician and then when trying to get a supervisor involved for better customer service forget it.  The company does not believe in customer service and it goes up the chain of command.  Just don't go there.

    I am the type who never buys an extended warranty on appliances or electronics, thinking them rip-offs. But when I bought a condo and was told the seller would pay for one year of a home warranty on most appliances, I thought I should try it. And what a Godsend it has been! Over the course of two years, I ended up having problems with my a/c, range, refrigerator and ice maker, and dishwasher on numerous occasions. With a $60 service charge the first year, $75 the second, for each service call, those charges add up, but I have received repairs, and credits towards the purchase of a new a/c and a new range, that together have saved me much more than the cost of the warranty. I'm not sure how AHS makes money--they haven't off of me, but I guess it is the insurance approach, where the well-off subsidize the sick. While it takes a while sometimes to get AHS on the phone, they have good service providers on their list, so long as you select the one you know is good and don't let them just pick one randomly. The service provider is obviously key, and in my case I get same-day service, or the next day, plus quick ordering of replacement parts when not in stock. So, all in all, I strongly advise getting an AHS contract for any purchaser of a not-new house or condo, for at least the first year, since you don't know what you are getting it terms of the appliances you inherit.

    It went very well.  Several trips were needed to make the correction that I wanted but they were always on schedule and responsive.  I am a former builder who appreciates subcontractors who take their work seriously and show up for appointments when they are scheduled.  These folks did all of the above very well.  I will not hesitate to call them again.  I only wish they did plumbing and drywall repair too (lol)!!

    We were impressed with the same day service. The service man was very polite and neat. He installed a 220 plug in the laundry room. We also had a room that all the outlets were not in working order. The service man was unable to determine the problem but offered other solutions.

    They were here on time on the day they said they would be here at the time they said they would be here. Their prices were good. Some of the prices were cheaper than I thought they would be. They were very competitive and excellent. I couldn't have asked for better people. The people that took the call were very friendly. They hooked me up with the electrician that was going to come out and he gave me a time and showed up on time.
